Holiday rentals with a patio in Nags Head

Christina was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She provided thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and water, which was such a nice surprise after traveling. The amenities were fantastic - the hot tub and outdoor shower were absolute highlights that made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The location couldn’t be better - it truly is a 3-minute walk to the beach as advertised, and we loved being able to stroll to nearby restaurants without needing a car. Everything felt so convenient and walkable. The combination of Christina’s wonderful hospitality, great amenities, and an unbeatable location made this stay memorable. We had a great time at this place! Very accurate description and faithful to the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom in pristine conditions, clean linens and lots of gadgets to bring to the beach. Those bikes and the V shaped scooter was plus! I highly recommend it!

Tara’s place worked perfectly for our family (two adults, two young kids) and honestly restored my faith in AirBnBs. You can tell she really puts effort into making it an awesome place. It was kid friendly - spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated without being fussy. The appliances are all brand new, the bed and linens are super comfortable, there’s great water pressure in the shower, the kitchen is well stocked, and the washer/dryer was so helpful. It’s super centrally located with a ton to do in the area, and it’s easily walkable to the beach. (Though there’s no real ocean view, if that’s your thing.) It was our first time in the Outer Banks and we’d probably choose a quieter town in the future but if we were to come back to KDH rebooking here would be top of our list.

We spent this past week here for our honeymoon. Beautiful space, very clean, amazing view. Plenty of things to do in the area as well. Very clear check in and out instructions. We would definitely come back and stay again (maybe this time when it’s a little warmer and the pool is open)

Loved this spot! Perfect distance from the beach (like a 5 min walk if that) via a path right outside your door. Condo was clean, comfortable, and felt very homey. Hosts were super cool and flexible which was also very appreciated. If you’re considering staying here, DO IT! Quiet cozy condo

The view over the water from the deck was amazing on the non-rainy days! The place was easy to find after our first attempt (which was at night during the rain). The second bedroom was a bit small but since it was only needed for sleeping, it was ok. It was quiet and peaceful and the people we saw occasionally were very friendly. The location is great, equally spaced between downtown Manteo and Nags Head. We wish we could have spent more time there aside from the conference we were attending.

The house is very nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is roomy with a lovely walk in shower. We had a bit of rainy weather and it was nice for my family to be able to hang out in the living room together. The house was very clean. I appreciated having off street parking and being in a quiet neighborhood. If we would have had more time, it would have been very fun to use the bikes to ride the nearby trail along the sound. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

This was our second year at Serene Retreat. It’s just such a wonderful place for young children to enjoy the beach. The fenced in yard is great for their outdoor play. We enjoy cooking in the fabulous kitchen and feasting at the table with a view. Better than any restaurant around! Thank you again.

They were extremely considerate of us having a toddler. They provided us with sensitive baby laundry detergent, outlet covers, a high chair, and playpen. We had an amazing relaxing vacation thanks to having a perfect stay.

Carrie's place was among one of the best AirBnb's our family has stayed at in the OBX to date. The location is great, the neighborhood is very safe, and restaurants and beach access are just a few blocks away! The amenities that Carrie provided were well worth the price and her welcoming demeanor guaranteed our family will be back as soon as we can. We had a wonderful week at the cottage! The house is small but very cozy and well equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. There were plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, soaps, etc. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The bunk beds are a bit small for an adult person, but we made it work. The view from the deck is fantastic! Perfect to sit in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins. It was by far the cleanest house we've ever rented, and Jennifer was very responsive form the time we checked in and check out. The beach access is very convenient, right in front of the house. We definitely hope to come back again! Thank you, Jennifer, for being a great host:-)

We had an incredible stay - the location alone is worth it! Steps from the beach with stunning views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy family time. The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our group. We especially loved the big TV, family games, and open layout for spending time together. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. The weather was perfect, and we made so many great memories. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the magic of the Outer Banks. We’d definitely come back!

Spent a wonderful girl’s trip in this condo and enjoyed every second. Beautiful, clean space, easy beach accesses, and walkable to my favorite restaurants. This was the perfect place to stay to introduce my friends to OBX for the first time. Would absolutely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. My husband and I were traveling with our preteen children for a out of school summer escape. Our daughte slept in the other bedroom and our soon slept in the pull out coach. Once in a while one of them slept in the pull out bed because they were scared located in the master bedroom. We loved how close we were to the beach and all the beach toys that were provided in the condo. Just a cutel little condo that was nice and cozy and relaxing to come back to after exploring.

The condo was very charming with new appointments and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed sunrise each morning and the sound of the waves crashing each night. The kitchen was well equipped and had sufficient space for the two of us. It was also nice to have both a full and half bath as well as a door between the sink area and toilet/shower in the full bath. Having several options for coffee with espresso, drip, and a Keurig was a big plus A few observations we want to share. It would be very tight to fit 6 people in the place but you could comfortably have two couples or a couple with two kids with the second pair on the sleeper sofa. Overall it was a great stay for our anniversary weekend!!!

Great location within steps to the beautiful Outer Banks beaches. Steve's place is comfortable, stylishly decorated, and so close to the ocean that you can fall asleep to the waves crashing upon the beach at night!

Natalie was an amazing host! Their condo was perfect for a quick get away. They had lots of good recommendations for restaurants near by! It was a great place for our family’s first experience at OBX! Definitely will look for this condo if we’re to come back to OBX!

This place is perfect! The condo is beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location. We enjoyed walking to Jockey's Ridge and the sound beach. The pier is the perfect place to catch the sunset. It was convenient to coffee shops and restaurants, we opted to Uber to dinner one evening and had no trouble at all getting a ride. Even though it was a complex, the back patio area felt very private. Wonderful stay, definitely plan to check availability the next time we visit the OBX.

It was our first time to the Outer Banks and we loved it! Our stay at the condo was great. It was quiet and clean and kitchen was nicely stocked with items for cooking. It is a very close distance to the beach which was convenient. We brought our bikes and biked almost everywhere. The condo is definitely located within walkable distance to restaurants and other places.
