We stayed here for a sibling and spouse vacation. 12 of us. It was incredible! Location could not be more perfect. We could walk to absolutely everything we needed or wanted. Beach is an easy walk to end of the street. Great neighborhood! Karen provides endless beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, paddle board, kayak. We had no children with us but what a place for a family or a reunion or small wedding. A swing set & a playroom with giant connect 4, arcade games, air hockey and board games. For the adults a pool table, a poker table, chess, a shuffle board table & 2 bars all fully stocked with glassware, and bar ware. Kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment. Pool area provides plenty of seating and fun for kids. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Bedrooms are spacious. You do not hear anybody from one room to the next. Karen was so great to work with & very responsive to all questions & concerns. Don’t miss out on this one. We will be back! Just the best!

We absolutely loved how close this was to the beach, without staying on the beach. It was easily walkable with our 2 kids (ages 5 & 6). The pool was an added bonus, and we rented a cabana for one day, which I highly recommended. The salty rim (delish tacos and margs), kind coffee, and corolla light shops were all within walking distance. The home was clean, organized and comfortable making it truly feel like home. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the place was. Everything—from the fresh linens to the sparkling kitchen—was immaculately clean and thoughtfully arranged, which made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and quickly answering any questions we had throughout our stay. It’s clear they truly care about providing a great guest experience. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the space had all the little touches that made it cozy and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend and would definitely book again! 🏡✨

Wonderful stay for family and our pups! Great location, very short walk to beach, local restaurants. This condo complex has a good mix Of locals and renters which gives it a nice neighborhood feel. Our kiddos made friends at the complex and beach. Very safe area Like most houses in NC lots of stairs so would consider this for visitors with limited mobility. They do offer “starter” basic supplies like dishwasher soap TP, garbage bags etc but plan on buying/ bringing your own. For my mom planners: pack: oil, spices, foil, storage containers, plastic baggies, coffee, (they did have filters) (it’s a traditional pot not Keurig) your own beach chairs/umbrella, & beach towels. There is an all in one washer/dryer which is fine for bathing suits a few towels but the dryer is a little slow as it’s an all in one combo unit. The shower in guest room & main tv were broken on arrival but repair guy was very prompt and fixed it the next day. Overall HIGHLY recommend! Will stay again!

Matthew & Janet were wonderful and their place is beautiful. We’ve been staying in Corolla for 30 years and their home is one of the best we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place, very comfortable and well-furnished. Within walking distance of the beach, lighthouse, and historic Corolla village. Mathew and Janet are excellent hosts - great instructions, thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and have the home stocked with everything needed for a delightful stay!
