He was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The check-in process was seamless thanks to his support, and the place itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed—comfy beds, a great kitchen, and even nice extras like fresh towels and local tips. The location was ideal, close The location was absolutely perfect, conveniently close to every ski resort in the area, making it a dream spot for winter sports lovers, while still offering a peaceful and quiet retreat at night, highly recommend this chalets to anyone and would love to return in the future!”

I stayed with 2 adults and 3 small dogs, and we had a very good trip. Room service: The room was stocked with apple juice, tea, and Kurikura, and I appreciated the thoughtfulness.It has stylish furniture and great amenities.It is fully equipped with cooking utensils and hygiene products, as well as play tools such as board games and BBQ tools.In addition, a set of tools for dogs was prepared, so I was able to spend a safe time with my pet.And above all, there was an open-air bath on the veranda, and the time spent soaking in the bathtub while feeling the air outside was blissful. Owner's response: Very kind from the time of booking, and they also consulted with me about items for dogs.After arriving, they picked us up at the station, and check-in was smooth.The description of the room was polite, and I was happy that the host loved dogs. Overall review: Thanks to the owner's thoughtfulness and comfortable facilities, it was a very satisfying stay.At check-out, we received a souvenir from Nagano and a dog treat, and we felt the hospitality until the end.If you are traveling with pets, this is an inn you will definitely want to stay at again!

Lindee and family were wonderful hosts and very welcoming in to their home. The space was great for a base for our ski adventures over the two weeks and the perfect place to cook and relax in the evenings. Lindee gave us some great recommendations of what to do and where to visit. The icing on the cake was them being kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at the station.
