This was the best AirBnB of our holiday. Fabulous view, fabulous people, such kindness and hospitality. The house is beautiful and as described. The history of the village is extraordinary and worth investigating. We particularly enjoyed cycling the Burgundy Canal, which is nearby. Beautiful portion of a house in the village of Alise Sainte Reine, on the slopes of Mount Auxois, the ancient oppidum of Alesia, known for the battle between Vercingetorix and Julius Caesar. The environment is very characteristic and quiet, fully equipped with equipment for preparing meals, the cleaning is very good. There are no shops in Alise, you have to shop in Venarey Les Laumes, three km away. A few steps from the structure, a path and a staircase lead to the grandiose statue of Vercingetorix. Martine was very friendly.

a pleasant host. accommodating. with my colleague we even extended our stay and ouafae offered us another accommodation next door but this time with 2 bedrooms so more privacy. I really recommend it.
