This 130 sq. m. villa offers a lot of privacy with a spacious outdoor area, private pool and rooftop terrace. From the rooftop you have an amazing view over the area, which is hilly, green and calm, dominated by pine and orange trees. San Miquel is the nearest village, known for it's caves and authentic feel. Las Cuevas is a fantastic restaurant located inside one of the caves. The Villa is located near some of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca, including the famous Las Colinas.

This fantastic villa is located in the hillside in a National Park, in Costa Calida - 7 minutes walk down to to the fantastic beaches It has an amazing view overlooking the beaches, the town, the mountains and the sea.
