Stylish villa with private pool

This 130 sq. m. villa offers a lot of privacy with a spacious outdoor area, private pool and rooftop terrace. From the rooftop you have an amazing view over the area, which is hilly, green and calm, dominated by pine and orange trees. San Miquel is the nearest village, known for it's caves and authentic feel. Las Cuevas is a fantastic restaurant located inside one of the caves. The Villa is located near some of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca, including the famous Las Colinas.

Beautiful apartment uniquely located with stunning views of Murcia cathedral. Situated in the heart of the old town it provides a perfect base to enjoy the vibrancy of Murcia's historic centre. It is only short walk to numerous shops, bars and restaurants, so you are never more than a few steps away from everything you need. We had a great family holiday here and could not recommend this place enough! If you have the opportunity to go, please do! The property itself was modern, well kept, clean and beautiful. The pool was clean and relaxing. The host left toys and balls to play with. This was great for kids. The neighbour was undergoing some construction but nothing that interfered with our experience. A short walk away was a beautiful lagoon, gym, play area, crazy golf, basketball court. It was so much fun. The supermarkets were local and the kitchen was great to host lovely dinners/lunch and breakfast. The local town is also worth a visit. The host was friendly and responsive. They were also very helpful. 10/10! Will definitely be back! Thanks very much !

We were impressed with Marien's apartment and really appreciated the free parking space. Check in was easy with Marien's instructions. We stayed two nights at the apartment and it had everything that we needed. The apartment is close to the city centre and it has bars and restaurants right outside. Marien had provided loads of fresh bottled water and coffee pods and even toiletries. Thank you Marien for a great stay.

Santi is a wonderful woman. I felt like I was at home and she was always super friendly and helpful. Room as described and clean environment. He has cats with him, but they are not annoying or intrusive. Good location, but not very central.
