Very happy with my stay. I was in town for a volunteer project so I needed a place for a couple of nights. Everything was clean, peaceful, and relaxing after a hard days work. Would stay here again.

The apartment was amazing! We were greeted by a wonderful woman who was so sweet and helped us get all checked in and shared information all about the area. From the view to the easiest access to Beale, we loved this location! There was everything we needed and then some. Our stay at Franck & Kristin's place. There was a storm going on the morning of the second day and we didn't even know. Their place was quiet and secure. We felt very safe. It was convenient and walkable to the convention center. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot to stay downtown! Close to everything. They have really utilized the space of this place well! Super cute and modern. It was very clean. Didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen had what we needed and the pretty wine glasses were a nice touch. Very comfy bed and the pull out couch was comfy as well. The shower had great water pressure with a really nice shower head. Would definitely recommend this place.

Ren’s place fit all of my needs. The home is clean and private. The area is what really peaks my interest. It is walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, work out classes and more!

Alan & Debbie were very accommodating hosts. They told us about a free concert at the Overton Park Shell, which was great to experience. The apartment was a perfect location to walk to Beale Street and a short drive to Graceland, Sun Studios and Stax Museum of American Soul. We were only there for two nights which wasn’t enough to see everything Memphis has to offer. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Thanks again Alan and Debbie for being such communicative hosts. ❤️✌🏻

Without a doubt, the best AB&B experience we've ever had. The home is one of those you'd pay to just walk through. The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equiped. We lived in Memphis for over 50 years before moving away, and you won't find a better location in the metro area. You're a (1) minute walk away from one of the best green spaces found anywhere. Take your running shoes. The hosts are charming, accessable and eagar to help in any way they can. Make sure you take them up on the offer to tour the main house. We can't wait to go back and see it decorated for Christmas.

highly recommend! the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean! i came here with my daughter to explore memphis and was initially nervous about safety in a new area. the building is super secure and ubers were readily available for late night travel. a very cute coffee/brunch shop located across the street. also really appreciated the keurig in the room. thank you!

When i think back about the loft... i keep coming out with 2 words... Extremely Charming... Followed by Sooo Comfortable, and then there's THE location.. If you are there to get some Downtown Memphis.. It is ridiculous how convenient you are to it all. It makes no sense. Do yourself a favor... . if its available.. grab it.. because it won't be long. Lbn was a great host and the property is in a perfect location.

I enjoy a good home away from home and this was just the peace I needed. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions I had. The home has the perfect finishes to give it a warm and inviting vibe while not being too cluttered. Quality and comfortable furniture as well; probably got the best nap of 2025 on the couch which tells a lot because I hate naps. Highly recommend and will be staying again, as well as the hosts’ other listings.

When I first stumbled upon this place on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it was shown. John is a gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just very nice. Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is pretty good in relation to Memphis. John H had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our weekend comfortable and memorable. We'll def be returning and look forward to booking again with a great host.

Wonderful stay in a charming, beautifully decorate space! Incredible location, easy to walk to great restaurants, shops and live theater!

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.
