Maybe the cutest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Access was simple enough, the host was super responsive, and the place was quiet at night. I'd stay again!

Very comfortable and clean. Easy drive from centre.

The host was fast to respond to our requests. The location is close to local colleges and the building is full of college kids. We loved it! The young people were respectful and kind. Surprisingly the bed was comfortable! We both got good sleep the entire visit. The unit had everything we needed except a microwave. Later we found a microwave in the rec room. The entire time we were there we just used the oven to warm up leftovers. The laundry is on the 3rd floor. $2.00 dollars to wash and $2.00 dollars to dry. The workout room is simple, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, some dumbbells and a mirror for yoga. You will need to take your own yoga mat. Walking through the neighborhood was beautiful as the dogwoods were blooming. We liked the unit and appreciated the host’s fast responses . We will be back!

✨LOVED my stay! Omgosh the decor is v much aesthetically pleasing, the kitchen is well-stocked, the w/d, the location (w/ off-street parking), and all so clean .... but the bedroom was 💛🙌🙌🙌💛! The bed itself, the pillows, the bedding, the two bedside light fixtures, the ceiling fan, the big TV, the darkening curtain, geesh I never wanted to leave!!! I will most definitely stay again, thanks y'all 🙏

Adam was always responsive, like very good at responding. We had to rebook a few times and was very flexible. The unit was fantastic as such a great location, walkable neighborhood & a 1/2min walk to fantastic restaurants / bars. Feel in love with the neighborhood while there. Highly recommend staying in this area if not familiar with Memphis. Pricilla Presley's old hair saloon is a few blocks away and a dynamic restaurant called Beauty Shop with a great Sunday brunch menu & atmosphere. Wear your Sundays best!

This spot was just as described! In a fantastic location, close to Overton Park, Midtown, and a quick drive from most of the main Memphis spots!

Ty was a wonderful host. Her hospitality, attention to detail and the care she put into her home, made my stay truly enjoyable. Everything was comfortable, welcoming and exactly what me and my kids needed. I appreciate all the little touches that made our trip to Memphis, special. Don't let this being a "new" listing make you question anything, my best friend and I have been coming here for years and just like the first time, it is an absolute gem. The space: it is 2 bedrooms, both good in size and comfort. The kitchen has everything you'd need for quick meals, but let's be honest, you're going to Memphis so may as well just use it for some late night pizzas! The living room is a good size and it is perfect for hanging out. The area: it is most definitely walkable to downtown and Beale, or to the baseball stadium. There are a couple fantastic restaurants within a block, and you MUST go get chicken at Gus's. The secured parking and reserved spot give you a sense of peace knowing your car is safe. The owners: absolutely fantastic. The current owners were co-hosts when we started coming here, and they did not miss a beat. Always responsive, great recommendations, and just a pleasure to do business with. All in all, if this place available, book it. 10/10

Mark is the Ultimate ambassador for Memphis, so helpful and caring about your stay. There is much more to Memphis than we expected but I will leave it up to Mark to be your tour guide as he enjoys it so much. The location is perfect for exploring downtown only 10 min away, with beautiful gardens at the house and a nice park you can walk to nearby. The unit we stayed in was very welcoming and cozy below the main house, which has been beautifully remodeled with the rich flavor of the past. We would definitely return on our next visit to Memphis!

A wonderful stay! Mark made us feel right at home with personalized recommendations and homemade pumpkin bread! I can tell Mark has a passion for this industry and wants to make you feel like you’re on vacation, not just renting a house out. He truly has a knack for hospitality! The home was very clean, and in a great location. We enjoyed the walkable restaurants. It was in a convenient spot to access other parts of the city. All in all, I would highly recommend this airbnb and will definitely rebook if I make my way back to Memphis!

Amazingly quiet, close to the action, definitely not luxurious but absolutely satisfactory and a terrific value. If you are nostalgic for dorm life, this is your spot. High rec if you want to save money on lodging and spend it on delicious food. This area of Memphis feels safe and the entire city is friendly and welcoming.

This is a perfect stay for those traveling alone for business or just a getaway. Very quiet and peaceful area. The host is always responsive and understanding. You probably won’t want to rent any other unit after you stay here.

Mark & Fabricio’s place was outstanding. Place was even better than described. Every deal was thought of to make our stay so enjoyable. Mark reached out to us to let us know the place was ready early. Which was so nice after being on the road all day. We were met with a 5 page note, hand written by Mark highlighting all the things to do and see in the area. Was just blown away by the 3” think binder that again had everything listed of what to do and places to eat. And on top of that home made pumpkin bread. So thoughtful! Their place has a great location in midtown that makes everything very convenient. Several restaurants, shops and bars were a short walk away. We would highly recommend their place to anyone looking to stay in the Memphis area. And look forward to staying again in the future.

The best place to stay !! Zarina was very responsive and helpful to any questions that I had . Even without she still checked up on me any handle anything that I needed. The location is PERFECT!! It’s in the heart of downtown and everything is walkable . The apartment was nice and neat and the view was spectacular. I recommend and most definitely will stay again . Very very nice for the price

I absolutely loved the space!! And AJ was amazing. Definitely comfy and had an at home feel! The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Overall the space is a 10/10!

Amit’s place was just as described. It was spotless! It’s also only 1.5 miles from Beale Street, which was an absolute plus! The neighborhood is very quiet, which was also a plus! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Memphis!
