Holiday rentals with a patio in Mud Island

I am overjoyed by our stay and experience with Julie! We travel a lot and I have to say this is one of the BEST Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Julie is an incredibly thoughtful hostess. Everything was thought of and anticipated in the home. She had extra toiletries and blankets everywhere to make our stay cozy. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the energy of the space. The home is historic, well lived in and loved. We are so grateful for such a memorable stay. Thank you!

The condo was just as described and absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect for our night out at the FedEx Forum. The only things I would recommend would be some padding on the beds, have a few more towels available, and more toilet paper. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

Ben was an incredible host. His home is fantastic and beautifully decorated. It was very clean, lots of extras, comfortable beds, easy to locate, and close to everything! We would stay there again with no question. Highly recommend!

My stay was Amazing! The check in and departure was very easy, the instructions were clear and precise. The value was unbelievable. I will never stay at a hotel again. The apartment was beautiful it looked exactly like the listing. Everything you needed was right there. The neighborhood was beautiful and sitting on the porch in the morning was something you could never get from a hotel stay. The neighbors were friendly. I was able to wash my clothes before I left which was great. This has been one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. I had never done anything Airbnb and was scared a little bit however I was not disappointed at all. I will make that 10 hour drive again soon if the will have me. Don't let me forget to tell you how elegantly the place was decorated. Time was definitely taken to assure you felt at home. Also they had so many movie channels that I was amazed. For what I paid and what I got was a definite do over. I truly believe the 5 star rating is deserved.

We had a great stay! Very nice home with a lot of character. Was unsure of the neighborhood upon arrival but was a very peaceful quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! Only suggestion would be an extra couch or loveseat in the living room for more comfortable seating !

Corey and Julie are very kind, generous, sweet and caring. Words cannot express our gratitude and thankfulness for everything they did for our family on this trip. The house was very nice and had everything we needed to feel right at home - super fun game room:) We were close to so many great restaurants and wonderful places to visit. You can be at the zoo, botanical gardens, children's museum, parks and great restaurants within a very short drive or just around the corner. Corey and Julie - you know what all did for us and just want to take the time to - THANKS FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS. You will truly be blessed to stay with Corey and Julie.

This is a beautifully restored house, which was perfectly outfitted to be a vacation home. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware of home, including a plastic set for the kids. Everyone loved the pool and foosball. The house was very comfortable and spacious. But, the cherry on top was Sarah. She is voted a top host for a reason. She was great to work with - very proactive and friendly. She went above and beyond without prompting, even including a very nice treat delivered to the house. I'd happily recommend this place to a friend.

Great central location for everything we wanted to visit in the area. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery store. Host is very responsive and friendly.

Had a great stay , Michelle’s place is 5 star she has thought of everything to make you feel right at home. Most definitely recommend and plan on staying again!!

Eric was helpful in making sure the place was wheelchair accessible. Once inside, the rooms are big and spacious. Could use more mirrors given the limited amount of bathrooms.

The Home was absolutely beautiful. A Very Warm reception and Welcome as we drove up in the evening with all lights! Well lit!🔥 Lots of windows! A box of delicious donuts awaited us. The grounds around the home were also equally as amazing. The yard and pool looked extremely inviting. The retro decorum complimented the homes structure. Some issues: • The rate was inflated 15% during our visit. bed in one room was extremely soft - • low toilets in front bathrooms with no handicap accessibility for bathroom showers and toilets. Difficult using. • bathrooms need to be updated in front rooms. (Old) • First night the tv’s weren’t working. No entertainment • 2nd day Management did come to access the issues. • Management was nice, even though he was a little snarky with his communication • Ordered new remote that came the next day as he said. • Master bedroom tv was never resolved. Overall experience was clean and spacious. My family enjoyed our pricey inflated stay

Great host, extremely easy to work with and she also had informational videos on YouTube. So any information I may have forgot. I could reference the videos overall i had an amazing stay

Jon's place was everything we imagined it would be. Very well kept and accessible to so many things. Jon was extremely polite and responsive. I will recommend and stay again.

This is a perfect loft condo for the price and location. You can hear muffled traffic being close to a major roadway, but the condo is well insulated. It’s close to shopping centers and all levels of restaurants. It was perfect for my short business trip.

Great place in the heart of downtown. Very close to Beale St. we walked everywhere. The renovations are beautiful and the place was very clean and modern. I love the little patio!!!

Jon was such a responsive and thorough host!! He always replied to my questions. The space exceeded my expectations! We were there for our wedding and there was so much space for us to finish our wedding prep before our special day. We loved that it was so close to Overton Square (where our wedding was held)! Loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony in the morning and listening to the birds while drinking coffee
