Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mud Island

Wowzers!! What an exceptional pink and gold home! We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean this home was. It is exactly how it looks in pictures and felt very comfortable and homey. The backyard was a beauty and very flat for good entertaining and games. I would HIGHLY recommend this home for a stay in Memphis! Everything I'm the home matches down to the cutlery and lamp shades! It was a super cute and comfortable stay for a couple of tom-boys :) .

A lovely historic spot for a quick weekend stay! We had a wedding in Memphis and needed a place to stay for the weekend. This was a wonderful unit with 2 bedrooms and a lovely sunroom! Would absolutely recommend and would stay with Cooper again!

This is beautiful home with more space than the pictures can show. Very comfortable up and down stairs. Extremely responsive host and so easy to work with. A few short minutes to Cooper Young were all the great restaurants are. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great trip experience! I can't emphasize enough how great of an Air Bnb experience this was. The place is spacious and immaculate. The hosts are very nice. We had a minor issue on arrival. The host went above and beyond to fix it. He had it fixed in a matter of time that would not have thought possible. The location cannot be beat. This is a must stay in Memphis.

I can't express how thrilled we were with this Airbnb. Teena was a fantastic host from my initial inquiry and throughout our stay. The house was impeccably clean!! I work in hospitality and I know what to look for. :-) Everything was pristine! We felt right at home. It is a spacious and beautiful home. We loved our time there and it was perfect for me and my two adult kids. We all had our own bedroom and our own bathroom. The water pressure was incredible. The towels extra soft. I had one of the best nights of sleep I have had in a long time. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful. It was hot in Memphis during our three night stay and Teena quickly responded to our request to lower the temp. The furniture was comfortable. We walked to the Sunrise Café for breakfast which was perfect. The Police Association is nearby adding to safety features. If I return to Memphis I will definitely check for availability with this place first. LOVED it!!

We just stayed in the Memphis-house. It was very clean with lots of amenities. The beds were a dream! The location was convenient and walking distance to some fun restaurants and bars. Definitely a safe neighborhood with a great vibe! Our host, Haynes, had quick responses and very helpful for anything we needed. There was so much cool well thought out Memphis history and memorabilia to play through that we stayed busy the whole stay. The back porch was very relaxing, especially in a good rain. The kitchen made you feel like you were eating in an old timey Memphis diner. Would stay again and definitely recommend to my friends! 5 stars for sure!

Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

Don and Billy were amazing hosts. They were super communicative. They left us perfect instructions and were there to meet us when we checked in to greet us and make us feel at home. The apartment is great and had all we needed. It's also very close to Beale Street. The location is fantastic. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome.

This was a cute and private apartment in an older part of town. Finding it and getting inside were easy - the instructions were very helpful. The space was uncluttered and almost spartan. It looked like the photos but could use a few extra cozy details. I had what I needed, but I felt a few things were missing that might be needed by others. There was no bath mat in the bathroom and only 4 spoons and 4 butter knives in the kitchen. The apartment smelled like smoke, even though it is against their rules. The odor was not strong enough to badly bother my allergies or cause headaches. Also, in terms of safety, when I opened the windows upon check-out, as requested, I found that a window next to the bed was unlocked. If you visit this air bnb, expect a clean and simple place with bare necessities.

Super place great location very good communication with it’s hosts

My stay was Amazing! The check in and departure was very easy, the instructions were clear and precise. The value was unbelievable. I will never stay at a hotel again. The apartment was beautiful it looked exactly like the listing. Everything you needed was right there. The neighborhood was beautiful and sitting on the porch in the morning was something you could never get from a hotel stay. The neighbors were friendly. I was able to wash my clothes before I left which was great. This has been one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. I had never done anything Airbnb and was scared a little bit however I was not disappointed at all. I will make that 10 hour drive again soon if the will have me. Don't let me forget to tell you how elegantly the place was decorated. Time was definitely taken to assure you felt at home. Also they had so many movie channels that I was amazed. For what I paid and what I got was a definite do over. I truly believe the 5 star rating is deserved.

It was absolutely beautiful, with clean a and beautiful color pallette and decor.

This was an extremely new and well designed condo. It was close to Beall and everything going on in downtown.

We traveled with our daughter and granddaughter to visit the National Civil Rights Museum. When we started looking for lodging, the cost for this condo seemed kind of high. But once we looked at hotels and some of the other condos, we realized the rate wasn’t out of line, especially considering what you get for the money. The location - you’re a maximum 10-15 minute walk from anything one might want. Great restaurants are right around the corner. The Civil Rights Museum is an easy 10 minutes. Beale Street is just a few minutes more, but there’s easy parking if you’d prefer to drive. The condo is perfect for traveling with other people - plenty of privacy as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the space. The kitchen is very nice with everything one might want. We didn’t do any cooking, but we did get takeout and ate around the dining table several times. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo and our stay there, and we highly recommend it!

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .
