Located right on Apple Valley Lake just outside of Mt Vernon, OH this 2250sqft house is recently remodeled has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths 2 levels and is beautiful. You can enjoy our dock and go swimming or paddle boarding or just relax and fish. Huge historic home. Fully renovated.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
