We had the best stay at the Sandpiper House with Karen and Cameron as our hosts. Super tidy house with a great view and we were also spoiled with complimentary breakfast during our stay 😊 we had an easy check in with an even easier and simple check out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Great 180 degree views from the balconies which is very mesmorising. Lots of lounge areas. we used it for a work retreat for two days mid week. Note that this is a professionally run property so it was quite regimented with house rules and regulations plus council rules which are not particularly tenant friendly. eg we could not get an early check in mid week in the off season which meant we had to book another night. More flexibility would have been good given there were only 4 of us staying.

A very comfortable and well presented home great facilities and a nice new and comfortable clean and plenty of natural light.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

It was a lovely house with lots of space for a group of 10. Lots of amenities to keep us occupied and there was no need to step out of the house.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Stayed at this lovely house with 5 girlfriends. A cozy feel despite being so big. Loads of space, indoor and out and we never felt in top of each other. Great home, over 2 floors, lovely views. The Spa was amazing after completing the 30km coastal trek. We would have liked to stay another night, play a bit of tennis and use the pool. Peggy and Chris were great and prompt when responding to our messages, thank you both 😊 We would certainly stay here again!

The unit was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Convenient for shopping. Easy walk to the beach and train. Very peaceful locality. Great place for touring the Peninsula. Annie made you feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

This property was amazing. It was truly breathtaking. We stayed here for our wedding accomodation for 4 nights and there was plenty of room for all. It is very modern & the photos defiantly match the description. We would defiantly come back & stay!

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Paul’s place in Mount Martha was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the kindest hospitality. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home — thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely warm. The home itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the charm of the house, made it the perfect getaway. What truly made our stay special was Paul’s incredible attention to detail and generosity. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend’s beautiful beachside home. Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We had a lovely weekend away! Daisy’s house was peaceful and relaxing, privately located with a beautiful view. The kids enjoyed the spa and farm animals located in neighbouring paddocks. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and the layout works well for 2 families. Daisy was an attentive host and was quick to respond to any messages. Would happily stay again :)

Our group of 6 absolutely loved this home. We stayed here for a week and it was the perfect space to enjoy. You are incredibly close to the beach (1 min walk) which was absolutely amazing, and we were closer to things like phillip island. You still have access to public transit into the city as well (the last stop on the line). Our group was sad to leave this stay. Nic was incredibly flexible with us and made it that much better.

Sandy’s place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and Sandy was extremely accommodating. Sandy was very responsive to any messages and had very clear instructions. We would visit here again in a heart beat

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights was the sauna — it was such a relaxing and luxurious touch! The entire place felt peaceful and well cared for. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect getaway and would definitely love to return!

Poets Corner was absolutely amazing. Howard had popped the heater on, some lights were on so everything felt so cosy and relaxing. Even the open fire was stacked and ready go which we enjoyed on both nights. The property was beautiful and immaculately presented. The garden was stunning and we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting Howard during our stay and finding out about how the property came to be. Amazing work! We were able to bring our little dog Bonnie who thoroughly enjoyed the stay and surroundings as well. We would definitely come back if we ever head down to Phillip island. Thanks for a lovey stay.

Everything at this airport bnb felt luxurious, from the furnishing to the linen. Lots of thoughtful touches and little snacks for your arrival. Beautiful location and view from the balcony. Very clean. Laura was an amazing host very quick to respond and make sure your stay was great. Would definitely stay again :)

Rosewood Retreat was a beautiful house, spacious for a large group. My family and I had an amazing time here and everyone loved the house.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat. The rest of the home was equally impressive—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place had everything we needed and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Robyn's place was beautiful, well-appointed and across the road from the beach. It was within walking distance to shops and had local walking trails close by. It was well set up for two couples as there was enough separation and we each had our own bathrooms. I would thoroughly recommend Robyn's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area.
