Phoenix Cottage is made for comfort and relaxation, so to enjoy the better things in life: a cup of tea in the morning sun, a glass of wine in front of the wood heater in the evening, or a nice relaxing bath in the afternoon. Unfortunately the grape vines in the photos have died due to the wet weather. Other vines have been planted, but it will take a while to get the covering the grapevine had. The main spacious home easily sleeps six guests, and is overlooked by the treehouse retreat that sleeps four in comfort. Strictly no parties permitted. A twelve minute walk to the beach and steps away from the Tootgarook Wetlands, this location is perfect for a couple of families or a group of friends to share some great times. Our three-bedroom holiday home has two indoor living/dining areas and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ and firepit located in a large backyard. Comfortably sleeping 9 people. All rooms have ceiling fans and heating.

Our humble abode is situated in close vicinity to some of Mornington Peninsula finest attractions. A five minute drive to the Peninsula hot springs, best surf and bay beaches, a round of golf, farms, markets, wineries and popular breweries (kid friendly ones also), Sorrento Perfect for a family getaway, a girls weekend, golfing trip or a romantic weekend away.

Chapel Sanctuary in the Hills

Enjoy a relaxing retreat at our rustic one-bedroom cottage with an indoor fireplace. This little sanctuary is full of character as it was previously a chapel for local nuns that has been converted into a charming get-away. Enjoy the peaceful towering mountain gums as you read a book on the day bed, sit by the fire, or have an outdoor bath in the garden.
