Great 180 degree views from the balconies which is very mesmorising. Lots of lounge areas. we used it for a work retreat for two days mid week. Note that this is a professionally run property so it was quite regimented with house rules and regulations plus council rules which are not particularly tenant friendly. eg we could not get an early check in mid week in the off season which meant we had to book another night. More flexibility would have been good given there were only 4 of us staying.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights was the sauna — it was such a relaxing and luxurious touch! The entire place felt peaceful and well cared for. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect getaway and would definitely love to return!

We had the absolute best time at Allan’s Airbnb home. Such a beautiful home, both inside and outside. We were not disappointed! We enjoyed a very relaxed weekend away from work, kids and all responsibilities. It was truly what we needed, thank you Allan! I 10/10 recommend to anyone/everyone. Looking forward to hopefully book another family weekend away here :)

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

Tina was very responsive and was able to accomodate a flexible check in and out for us as well. The space was great for large meals and the views of sunset were amazing! Great to spend an evening in with friends around the fire and stargazing in the hot tub! We would definitely stay again as we really enjoyed the space and the views.

Stayed at this lovely house with 5 girlfriends. A cozy feel despite being so big. Loads of space, indoor and out and we never felt in top of each other. Great home, over 2 floors, lovely views. The Spa was amazing after completing the 30km coastal trek. We would have liked to stay another night, play a bit of tennis and use the pool. Peggy and Chris were great and prompt when responding to our messages, thank you both 😊 We would certainly stay here again!

Sandy’s place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and Sandy was extremely accommodating. Sandy was very responsive to any messages and had very clear instructions. We would visit here again in a heart beat

The unit was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Convenient for shopping. Easy walk to the beach and train. Very peaceful locality. Great place for touring the Peninsula. Annie made you feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Paul’s place in Mount Martha was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the kindest hospitality. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home — thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely warm. The home itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the charm of the house, made it the perfect getaway. What truly made our stay special was Paul’s incredible attention to detail and generosity. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend’s beautiful beachside home. Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Tina has been a wonderful host! It’s my second time to stay at her place and it’s very comfortable and close to everything. Tina communicates quickly and was kind enough to accommodate our special requests. I’d love to stay at her place again.

Our group of 6 absolutely loved this home. We stayed here for a week and it was the perfect space to enjoy. You are incredibly close to the beach (1 min walk) which was absolutely amazing, and we were closer to things like phillip island. You still have access to public transit into the city as well (the last stop on the line). Our group was sad to leave this stay. Nic was incredibly flexible with us and made it that much better.

This property was amazing. It was truly breathtaking. We stayed here for our wedding accomodation for 4 nights and there was plenty of room for all. It is very modern & the photos defiantly match the description. We would defiantly come back & stay!

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. Poets Corner was absolutely amazing. Howard had popped the heater on, some lights were on so everything felt so cosy and relaxing. Even the open fire was stacked and ready go which we enjoyed on both nights. The property was beautiful and immaculately presented. The garden was stunning and we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting Howard during our stay and finding out about how the property came to be. Amazing work! We were able to bring our little dog Bonnie who thoroughly enjoyed the stay and surroundings as well. We would definitely come back if we ever head down to Phillip island. Thanks for a lovey stay.

Everything at this airport bnb felt luxurious, from the furnishing to the linen. Lots of thoughtful touches and little snacks for your arrival. Beautiful location and view from the balcony. Very clean. Laura was an amazing host very quick to respond and make sure your stay was great. Would definitely stay again :)
