Monthly Rentals in Morro Bay

It was a quaint little spot! Easy to walk to the beach and a few restaurants! Very clean interior!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Morro Bay! Karen is incredibly kind and shared many great recommendations for local food and activities and thanks to her, we had a wonderful time there. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I've stayed in several great Airbnb's over the years and Kelsea's Artist Studio is my favorite separate space so far. I stayed for two months and it is thoughtfully appointed with everything needed to be comfortable, including the bed and good WIFI. The studio is private so I didn't feel awkward or "in someone's space." Kelsea was very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful, quiet and safe, close to town and easy to head north or south. If this Artist Studio is on your radar I give it a hearty thumbs up.

We had such a great stay here! The host and her husband were both super nice and made us feel really welcome. The place itself was beautiful—very clean, quiet, and had a really nice luxury vibe. We felt totally safe the whole time. It’s in a great spot too—an easy, super scenic drive to downtown San Luis Obispo, and really close to Morro Bay as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, airfryer was great to have, the fireplace was a cozy touch, and the TV setup was great for relaxing. We’d definitely love to come back again!
