Monthly Rentals in Morogues

We had a wonderful stay at Claude's. Her home is absolutely beautiful, with architecture full of charm and character. Each piece is sublimated by works by artists and furniture chosen with great taste and attention. The setting is just as enchanting: the village of La Borne, famous for its sculptors and winemakers, nearby offers a unique and authentic atmosphere. Thanks again to Claude for hosting us and for this beautiful break!

Very good stay in Morogues, the cottage is spacious and well equipped for 12 people. It's very clean and it feels like home.

Catherine communicated well from the start, providing all necessary information and she and Serge greeted us at the house. The stable is a few metres from the house but is private with a view over the neighbouring meadow, woods and valley -wonderfully peaceful ☺️. Catherine and Serge were great hosts, managing a great balance of being warm, generous and present whilst at the same time, being discreet and giving us privacy. All amenities listed, were present and also plenty for breakfast. La Borne is a very pretty and interesting and has a boulangerie, épicerie and a gastronomic restaurant (mentioned in the Michelin guide) which needs booking 3 weeks in advance, so we didn’t manage to eat there as we only stayed a few days. Bourges and Sancerre are an easy drive from here. Altogether a lovely stay and we would love to stay there again if we’re back in the area.

Very nice stay in La Borne and its surroundings where we could feel a "village apart" atmosphere...Interesting exchanges with Sylvie and several potters/artisans/artists or inhabitants of the village, all ready to share if we are interested in their activity, the outings in the surroundings, leave us with lots of good memories in mind...
