Holiday rentals with a patio in Morjim

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

This is the most beautiful airbnb i have stayed till date.. wud like to call it home away from home. Soulful. Exactly what i wud want to call home someday. Minimalistic, classy, elegant, clutter-free and made mindfully to cater to a small family. All amenities provided as described aren’t just for namesake but are truly best quality like one wud have for ones o n home. The host is responsive and proactive yet not bothersome or intrusive at all. Hasslefree check in and check out with complete freedom. Pool was the high light for my lil ones, we cooked a bit , ordered out a bit, and walked into our place of choice just located close by. Although only one car parking was offered, both our cars were accommodated hasslefree. Highly highly recommended and worth every penny.

The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

I have stayed at a lot of bnb’s and met many hosts. But this place, i am taking out time personally to appreciate what amazing job the host and his team has done. We were in awe with the kind hospitality and the coz place. Rooms were really neat and clean. Host was very helpful and kind. Even the care taker miss Gita was very sweet and helpful. The place was very peaceful and well connected. Kudos to you guys for creating such nice place. Definitely recommending to all my friends and family. Had an amazing time spent on the property. It felt like home. I will visit again

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Our stay at Stepny’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, exactly as shown in the pictures, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Stepny is an amazing host. She's responsive, engaged, and always ready to help. She even assisted us with a bike rental, making our trip smooth and hassle-free. The location is fantastic, with the market just a short walk away, so getting anything we needed was super convenient. Plus, both Ashwem and Mandrem beaches are nearby, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing beach getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable furry companions - two friendly cats and a sweet dog that made the place feel even more like home. Overall, our experience went beyond expectations. Now, I have complete peace of mind knowing that whenever I visit Mandrem, Stepny’s place will always be my first choice. Highly recommend!

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! We were a group of 10 adults, 2 kids, and 2 infants, and the place was perfect for our needs. The location was spot on—close to everything we needed—and the amenities provided made our stay incredibly comfortable. The house was clean, well-equipped, and spacious enough for our large group. Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Had an incredible stay! Angira, the host was absolutely amazing—super responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house itself is just perfect: great vibes, A1 location, and the ventilation is honestly underrated—so breezy and comfortable. Bonus: she owns an awesome bar right next door called Pablos—highly recommend dropping by for a drink or two. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to keep coming back to. Would 100% stay again!

Wonderful Stay at Laolalian We had a fantastic stay at Laolalian! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Our host, John, was incredibly responsive and friendly, making our experience even better. The housekeeping staff was also very active and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return in the future. Highly recommend!

My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Definitely a recommended property, I stayed with my family for three days and there is nothing I can think of as an opportunity in this property. Ritu made me feel at home, we enjoyed preparing our own food, very calm and peaceful society. Perfect option for a family of 2 to 3 members. I will prefer staying here if I ever travel down to Goa again. Nearby beaches are within 20 mins. Thank you Ritu for being there everytime I required assistance.

Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We appreciated Sumer's quick responses and helpful recommendations. We’d love to stay here again!

We had one of the best experiences of our life at this Airbnb. From the moment we saw the building and entered the reception area, we were enthralled. The pool area was fantastic, the views from the bedroom and balcony were beautiful. The host was super friendly and approachable, the staff was also extremely helpful. With a convenient yet stunning location - the paintings, decor, amenities and cosy furniture made this a wonderful home-away-from-home!

It was a pleasure staying at this wonderful apartment!! If anyone is looking for a home away from home.I would highly recommend this place. From the moment I walked in,the place felt welcoming .The apartment was cozy and very well kept .It had everything needed for a comfortable stay . The toiletries in the bathrooms and fresh towels and soap etc made the place feel even more welcoming. I was at ease throughout my stay. A well equipped warm and cozy place to stay!!
