Holiday rentals with a pool in Morjim

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb during our trip to Goa. The property was exactly as described and matched all the amenities listed. It’s well located with easy access to nearby shops for essentials, and most popular attractions are just 20–25 minutes away by car—making it a very convenient base to explore North Goa. Things to consider: ❌ The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, and since the mobile network signal was also weak in the area, a reliable internet connection is something that needs immediate attention. ❌ Bedsheets had visible lipstick stains—cleanliness and linen inspection before guest arrival should be taken more seriously. That said, we truly appreciated the hospitality and overall experience. These minor issues didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our trip. Thank you for hosting us—we’re happy to give a 5-star rating and would consider staying again in the future.

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. Payal was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. As a first time visitor and new place she was really helpful and take caring all the time. The little thoughtful touches – like live plants and welcome note – made all the difference. The location was peaceful and scenic, yet still conveniently close to everything I needed – restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I especially loved waking up to the gorgeous view every morning and enjoying coffee on the balcony. And the private pool was really enjoyable. This stay exceeded all my expectations. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, charming getaway. I’m already planning my return visit!

The place was stunning with beautiful balconies in the rooms and a spacious hall. The place was well maintained with good lighting and we had enjoyed our stay. Especially, during the monsoon season, the place was a great choice when it came to accommodation. Host was very friendly and the staff were very helpful. Also enjoyed the pool which we didn’t expect in the stay.

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.
