Stayed here recently and honestly, it was one of the chillest spots I’ve been to. The place has a proper cozy vibe. The interiors are clean and minimal, with nice marble flooring and a spiral staircase that gives it a cool look. Dining space is small but comfy enough for a group. The rooftop is where it really hits different. We did a BBQ session there — grilled some fish over charcoal, proper smoky, proper desi style. The setup isn’t fancy but it works perfectly if you're with the right people. That raw rooftop feel with a bit of smoke, rain in the background — can't beat that. Also, the view from the top is just green hills all around. Woke up, had chai sitting on those white chairs outside — peaceful AF. Rains had just hit, so everything smelled fresh and the wooden deck looked slick. Only small thing — bring your own stuff for grilling and maybe some mosquito spray at night. I have stayed at a lot of bnb’s and met many hosts. But this place, i am taking out time personally to appreciate what amazing job the host and his team has done. We were in awe with the kind hospitality and the coz place. Rooms were really neat and clean. Host was very helpful and kind. Even the care taker miss Gita was very sweet and helpful. The place was very peaceful and well connected. Kudos to you guys for creating such nice place. Definitely recommending to all my friends and family. I had a great stay at Meena’s Airbnb! The place was really nice—clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a lot of great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, although there wasn’t much nearby, so it’s best if you have your own transportation or just want a relaxing escape. Overall, a lovely, well-equipped spot hosted by someone thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Vaijayanti’s home is straight out of Pinterest! Every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending vibrant charm with clean, modern aesthetics. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the colour schemes and decor accents to the way everything is arranged to feel both luxurious and cozy. The rooms are beautifully done (those turquoise and pastel furnishings are even better in person!) and spotlessly clean. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly at ease. Vaijayanti herself was an amazing host, super responsive and genuinely warm. She made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated: they’ve thoughtfully designated two balconies for smoking. It keeps the house feeling fresh and clean while still being convenient for those who smoke, such a smart touch that reflects the host’s attention to comfort and cleanliness. Would 100% recommend this stay and would love to return again! <3

Having stayed at this apartment complex before we were well aware about the location and all it offers. Close to local markets, bars and cafés, and a short drive from beaches. The stay was great as it offers the right amount of privacy, comfort and safety. Check-in was smooth as it’s self check-in and we were able to enter in without any issue during evening hours. There is decent parking space available in the building and just outside the main gate. The host is very approachable and helped us resolve the few issues we faced during our stay. The house looked just like the pictures, however a few rounds of deep cleaning may serve well as the place is starting to look of age. All in all a very good stay, would recommend it to others as well.

The place looks as it is captured in the photos. The manager - Sushant was very responsive and helpful in finding the venue as well as checking-in. Vikram is a super host, accommodating and helpful. It was a wonderful and a worth full stay, me and my husband enjoyed a lot, it was my husband’s birthday trip and they decorated their place for us and I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. We were a group of 5 and we absolutely loved the place, looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The host also suggested places to try nearby. Very close to main places in Vagator and Chapora. Will definitely come back 👌🏻

Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped — it features a spacious hall with a TV that supports all major OTT platforms, a cozy bedroom, and a clean bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking, and the added convenience of a washing machine was a big plus. The host, Nitin, is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help when needed. Overall, it’s a perfect place that truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

A cute and cosy space. Compact and had everything required. The only thing that could have been better was a bigger geyser, but all amenities provided as mentioned. A few hiccups in the beginning were quickly solved and we had a peaceful stay.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
