The apartment is quietly located just outside the city and across the street from EUIPO. Advantages are in particular the quiet location, the underground parking directly at the elevator to the apartment and the good bus connection. A disadvantage of the apartment would at most be that the building is clairaudient. Mayte was easy to reach at all times and was available quickly and helpful with all queries. It is very nice to see so many forms of art from different cultures in one space. In the decoration, you can see a cultural sensitivity that wherever you are, you will feel welcome and respected. We loved it.

Fiodor and Victoria are great hosts, they make you feel at home. The accommodation is perfect and has everything you need to spend a great few days. It is close to Alicante but at the same time it is a quiet area without noise, with privacy and perfect for resting. Definitely a hit. In addition, they have a wonderful pool where you can take a swim. We will be back for sure, thank you so much.
