Vintage Uptown Loft with Queen Bed & Private Bath

This was our second stay at Amy's. It is a great location for us, close to our daughter's studio apartment and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Amy and Brandon are very solicitous and helpful if we have questions. The bathroom is spotless and spacious and the tub is great for a good soak. Amy keeps a selection of bath salts for guests to use. And the bed is super comfy. My husband and I have enjoyed both stays and will book again.

Musa was very friendly and helpful the entire time we stayed at his place. The house is big, neat and located in a nice and calm neighbourhood, ideal if you want to rest after a day in downtown. Good shops nearby so I recommend go for a walk around the beautiful Evanston.

Great location, great accomodations, and most importantly amazing hosts! Tripp and Todd were so welcoming, I felt right at home. They provided helpful suggestions for meals, activities, transport, etc. Hosts were in communication from the moment I landed to coordinate checkin, and allowed me to drop off my bags early when I arrived prior to the check in time. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to Clark Street which is well populated and has many restaurants and independent shops. Do yourself a favor and book with Tripp and Todd if you ever find yourself in Andersonville/Edgewater!

Marty and Rob’s place was perfect for our stay in Chicago. Located in the lovely neighbourhood of Andersonville, their home is well connected to anywhere that you might need to go in the city! The house is super clean and well stocked with everything that you might need, including some thoughtful touches like a couple of bottles of cold water on arrival. The bathroom is fully stocked and there are plenty of clean towels provided, and if you run out they are more than happy to wash them and give them back to you, which is handy! We would definitely stay with Marty and Rob again when we’re next in Chicago. Thanks so much!

Little 1B apt 13” from Wrigley

This is a nice apartment. Lots of windows, cute and sunny, nice kitchen and shower, walkable to the lake. A nice change from the dark basement type apartments you often see. It would likely have better ratings if the owner disclosed that it is a 4th floor walk-up. This didn't bother me and I stayed for a month. It's walkable to the L and plenty of restaurants/grocery options. The wifi was weird - has a splash page like a hotel so you have to log in every day and not all my devices would connect. Overall I was very happy and would stay again.
