David is an outstanding host — always available, very friendly, flexible and proactive in communication. He was able to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The studio is very clean, well appointed and perfectly equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable, even long-term stay. I found everything I needed to feel at home. The neighborhood is peaceful, residential and well connected by public transport. In just 15 minutes, we are in Paris, which allows you to enjoy the calm while staying close to the city. In addition, the garden outside offers a pleasant feeling of space — something rare in Paris. I stayed at David's place for a month and couldn't have had a better time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and great hospitality.

We stayed a month with my partner and it is the ideal place to be in Paris for as long as you want, there are 2 metro stations that take you to the center in 15 minutes, markets and entertainment. The stores around are cheap and Delphine is always close by for whatever you need.

The hosts are very welcoming and attentive. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of greenery and shade, perfect for keeping the accommodation cool during the heatwave we experienced. A great experience, highly recommend!

Great accommodation, great host. That said, we hear a lot of noise from the people upstairs, otherwise great!
