Le logement est très confortable, très bien équipé et vous permettra de passer un bon moment au calme. LGBT+ welcome.

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

This peaceful ground floor studio offers a relaxing stay for two people maximum with its surface area of 25m2, a beautiful ceiling height. You will find a main room with a functional kitchen, a sofa and a 140x190 bed as well as a small bathroom with wc and washer-dryer + a terrace. The apartment is located in a large, divided house, on the edge of the forest. The train station is a 15min walk and 30min from Paris, shops are a 10-minute walk away. Countryside in the city!
