We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Paola was a perfect host, the environment was even better than the description and photos, everything was very clean and cozy. Check-in was simple and flexible. I recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, private, clean environment surrounded by nature.

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Federica's apartment is simply perfect! Great location to quickly reach all points of interest, free covered parking right in front of the house, and what I really appreciated is that nothing was missing in the apartment! Federica really thought of everything... She is a kind and always available host. We will definitely come back to you
