Very nice and well-equipped apartment. Perfect for our needs and within walking distance of the sea. Also great base for visiting the surrounding area. We recommend Rocca Imperiale and Roseto. Host available and attentive to our requests.

Really pleasant stay with the family , 6 in total, with the small children aged 4 and 6 years in a row. Pros: House clean, spacious, working with all the essential comforts. Host always available for any problems, the house is very close to the sea. The quiet area ideal for families with young children, clean sea in the area with beach. Cons (if we really want to find them): Ascent to walk back from the sea to go home but, you can move around quietly by car. The area is not very busy even in August. Non-potable network water but there is a purified water distributor in the area.

The host was ready and prompt in all our requests. Quiet apartment, with attention to detail and complete with everything, it was like being in the Own house. Location with a beautiful sea view and strategic to reach points of interest in a few minutes. I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you Giuseppe

The appartament is cute and spacious enough for a few people. It was very clean and the host was warm and welcoming. The view is fantastic and the balcony is relaxing. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
