Holiday rentals with a patio in Monteceneri

Very nice authentic accommodation with a special architecture. Despite rainy weather, we had relaxing and beautiful days in the accommodation. I'd love to come back 👍🏽

We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming in the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. Gladly again!

Highly recommended!!! We felt very comfortable in Elkenda's apartment. The apartment was sparkling clean and offers everything you need for a stay. It is very well equipped and there is plenty of storage space for luggage. Elkenda was very attentive and hospitable. She always responded to our messages immediately. The accommodation is really very nice, especially the terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is very well and high-quality equipped and very tastefully furnished. The lake is minutes away by foot. The communication is very friendly and uncomplicated, we will be happy to come back.

Thomas is one of the friendliest hosts ever! Communication was always very nice and you never had to wait long for answers. The apartment itself fulfills all wishes, has very good basic equipment (pans, spices, soda stream, etc.) and corresponds exactly to the pictures. The view of the lake is unique and it takes just under 10 minutes to walk to the Lido. We are very excited. Everything was on site for our 1 1/2 year old :)

We loved staying at Alessia’s place. Beautiful view and great location. She was also very helpful in picking us up from the ferry and setting up a boat tour for us. I’d definitely recommend this place!

the view from the terrace is great. quiet during the day and at night. only the access is for people who can drive a car, but you have to remember that these are Italians and mountains. I love driving a car and such challenges, so I rate it ******

Sandra is a very friendly and helpful landlady. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and my husband, I and our dog felt completely comfortable. The view from the terrace and sofa is unique and the kitchen has everything you could want. A dream apartment. Another plus is that the restaurants, villages and Locarno are also within walking distance. Thank you Sandra, to another time

This was a lovely holiday here and Adriana was friendly and helpful even though English was not one of her languages. Clean and very comfortable accommodation- upstairs and down. Not a lot of room in main bedroom. Great bathroom and very easy to use kitchen . Coffee, jam, milk and crackers all provided . As we came from Australia ( most guests were from switzerland) we were unaware of local restaurants recommended and where to get groceries locally; so perhaps written instructions could be done for future guests. There is a little lack of privacy near the bathroom to the bedroom and perhaps lack of privacy near the door and in the lounge room. Great stay for seven days and highly recommended.

Caroline's home was a wonderful fit for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids). We found it spacious, practical, and very convenient. The kids especially loved the amazing garden, where we enjoyed many meals in the lovely weather. Caroline was also super responsive and friendly, and she was very flexible with our check-in and check-out, which was a great bonus. The frequent public transport on lines 7 and 1 made exploring the area easy.

One of the most stunning locations you can imagine on Lugano. Right on the lake, 3 storeyed and superbly kept. Don't think. Just go for it if you are considering Lugano. Fantabulous views.

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

A very practically furnished, very well-maintained 2-room apartment in a beautiful panoramic location. It is excellent for a few days and is perfect for long mountain walks. Michael communicates quickly and is open to additional questions or concerns. Thank you, dear Michael, for the wonderful stay.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.
