Monthly Rentals in Monte Ruivo

We had a lovely stay: the villa is as described, and the surroundings are splendid. We enjoyed discovering the beautiful beaches nearby, the small village of Aljezur, and the town of Sagres and its fortress. Only small flaw: the house is very close to the road, and you can hear a bit of cars. Fortunately, there is no passageway. And Bruno is very responsive to messages.

We stayed at Elke and Rainer's place for the second time and were again completely satisfied: A wonderful, cozy and very clean house with stylish furnishings, loving details and all the amenities you could want. The perfect mix between feeling at home and vacation flair! By far the best value for money we've experienced on Airbnb so far.

I had a wonderful stay here. It is a cozy apartment where you feel comfortable and find all the important utensils. The garden invites you to relax and the seating on the terrace gives enough privacy to be able to spend the days there as well. The outdoor area is spacious and you have a view of wind turbines in a few places. You can quietly hear the rotating of the rotor blades with a stronger wind (sounds like a very faraway jet) but every blade rake is louder, and it didn't bother me at all. The house is secluded and at the same time central to be able to travel many different places and beaches. The access road is, as usual in Portugal, not paved, but any car can easily reach the house. Pedro is a really great host who was always available and gave great tips for food and beaches along the way. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay

We stayed at Max’s place for two nights and can wholeheartedly recommend it. This is exactly what Airbnb was made for. You’re completely secluded in a small cabin in the woods that blends beautifully with nature. My personal highlight was the shower – right under a tree, yet with regular fixtures. The composting toilet is, as promised, completely odorless. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics, and the bed deserves a special mention for its comfort. Absolutely two thumbs up! Also within 20-30 minutes by car you have some beautiful beaches nearby.
