Monthly Rentals in Monte Petrano

Luciano and his family could not have been more helpful!! The view was amazing and house's wifi worked great as well. The town is less than t minutes away and ot was nice for us to have such a private place to stay as a quite respot while on our italian tour.

We spent two weeks in paradise, both in terms of the property and the surrounding area. The view, the apartment and the opportunities to hike and jump into the rivers were fantastic and there is no shortage of cities and churches all around if you get in the mood for ice, stroll or culture. Simon was easily available for questions and always super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location in the last village before you really go into the mountains! And yet, the inhabited world and the supermarket are less than 10 minutes away. The house was spacious enough for the two of us, quirky and comfortable. Michele is a great host who is around in a pleasant way and communicates quietly. We got fresh eggs and fish stew from him and he gave us some good tips about the area. We didn't use the jacuzzi, but we did use the yoga studio. The villagers - and there are not many - were also very friendly.

great location, simple house but complete with everything for cooking, board games on site; ideal for families with children at least 4/5 years old given the stairs. interiors to improve but the atmosphere you experience is relaxing and comfortable. Everything is clean and above all a stay that leaves something inside, splendid! Federica present and exhaustive.
