Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

I thought the apartment was a very good apartment, central location, easy access to the beach, shops, transport links. The apartment looks exactly like it did in the photographs. The apartment was very clean, also great that it had lift access. Roberto, was a great host, met me on arrival and explained where everything was. If I had any questions, Roberto was very quick to respond. I had 3 niggles - 1) the gate entrance the key was a little temperamental. Roberto left me two sets of keys, and advised it was the lock. 2) I noticed that there was no wifi reception in the bedrooms and on the balcony which over looked the sea. 3) life noise - you can hear traffic and other tenants, even with the windows/doors shut. If you are a light sleeper this may disturb you. I had a great few days in El Campello and staying at Roberto's apartment and I will definitely be looking to stay there again. Already planning my next trip.

This place was great. Marisa was very responsive. The host greeted as at the apartment, showed us everything, provided some tips around the city. Apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed. It is located on a great location, 15 min walk to either the beach or the old town. No complaints at all. Perfect spot when visiting Alicante. Would highly recommend.

Hower the apr is not renovate, it is completely furnished and Tony’ s assintance was great. The apt is clean.

The apartment was very nice and clean, fully consistent with the description. The area is quiet, and at the same time close to the center, which was a big plus. Great communication with the host – everything went smoothly and without any problems. I definitely recommend it!

We had a great time, just like the ad says. It was very clean and well-equipped, great for getting around by car because it's a neighborhood with a lot of hills. The good thing is that there's a parking space in the residential complex very close to the apartment entrance, which makes the stay much easier.

Very good accommodation, it is between the commercial area and the historic center. 5 minutes from the beach walking. although there is noise it is not a problem because the main part is sheltered. everything went well, the host was very concerned. very recommended

Fantastic apartment in a great location with spectacular views. Isabella was very accommodating regarding check in and check out, and very friendly. Apartment just like the description and had everything you would need for a relaxing holiday, home from home. we would definitely recommend this apartment and Santa Pola to friends and family and will certainly return in the future. Could not have wished for a better place stay.

We had the best stay here in the most beautiful surroundings. The place was very clean with thoughtful touches and had everything we could ever need!

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

David is always available, and Pedro, his trusted person, is super nice. The pool is great and the apartment is great, small but very comfortable.

A nice place, quietly located at the end of a street. Check-in and communication with Adolfo was very good and with quick response time. Beautiful beaches both north and south. Great place for lazy days on the beach, and not too far from larger cities such as Torrevieja and Alicante. Feel free to go there again

Absolutely stunning accommodation and location. Caroline’s photos were fantastic but even they could not do justice to this wonderful place. Caroline’s style and taste is classy and elegant and it makes this a fantastic place to stay. The complex is stunningly beautiful and the pool areas are beautiful and well maintained. Bars, shops, restaurants are within easy walking distance. Caroline is a lovely, engaging host and we will definitely be returning.

Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and check-out were super flexible and perfect and were tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. This is the perfect apartment and I felt so safe in and around the building. Everything was very fresh and so comfortable. I would love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Everything's very good, very complete.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

I stayed here for a couple of months. It's a beautiful apartment in a stunning and peaceful setting. The apartment is really spacious and very well equipped with a wonderful terrace and stunning views out over the sea. There is a great little shop next door. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from the tram into El Campello/Luceros/Benidorm. And just a minute further to the bars/restaurants and the cove with its secluded little beach. Great host who was super helpful and responsive.

Great place, beautiful location; there are other guests on the property but not a problem. Host was very helpful and kind and you got all you needed in the place. Thanks for all!

This is my second stay at Diane’s place and I wish I could have stayed longer. Next trip is already booked! This really is a luxurious apartment and I feel privileged to have spent the past two weeks there. It is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and has amazing views. The gym and the tennis, squash and basketball courts are great extras. You can walk for miles along the beach, go for a swim and then go to the gym! You cannot wish for a nicer host than Diane. She does everything she can to make it an enjoyable stay and am looking forward to my next trip.
