Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

The best way to evaluate my stay is to say that I will definitely return. Africa, the host, has been excellent at all times; very kind, friendly and always accessible. The apartment is very cozy, with excellent views, facing east; every morning I enjoy an unparalleled sunrise. The apartment was perfect in every way. Anyway, we felt at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. :-)

This is a two bedroom flat, so good for three visitors. It is close to the airport, so very handy and convenient (some noise, but not at all unbearable). Close to a bus stop, so very easy for visits to Alicante city centre. Nearby beach is pleasant. Kitchen has required appliances, including dishwasher, oven, gas hob, washing machine. In the bathroom there was also a hairdryer, which we hadn't realised so had brought our own. The balcony/veranda is good because you are sheltered from winds whilst sitting down for dinner!

I really liked everything! The apartment was very stylish, and Lau was very kind to me both at check-in and during my stay. I was very satisfied! Thank you, Lau — if I come back to Alicante, I’ll definitely try to stay with you again!

The apartment is in a great location being so close to the beach, with shops, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The bedrooms and lounge were comfortable and we loved the beach views from the balcony. Having the swimming pool within the complex was great too! Communication was very good and always responsive when we got in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to stay there again.

We had a great time, just like the ad says. It was very clean and well-equipped, great for getting around by car because it's a neighborhood with a lot of hills. The good thing is that there's a parking space in the residential complex very close to the apartment entrance, which makes the stay much easier.

Fantastic apartment in a great location with spectacular views. Isabella was very accommodating regarding check in and check out, and very friendly. Apartment just like the description and had everything you would need for a relaxing holiday, home from home. we would definitely recommend this apartment and Santa Pola to friends and family and will certainly return in the future. Could not have wished for a better place stay.

We had the best stay here in the most beautiful surroundings. The place was very clean with thoughtful touches and had everything we could ever need!

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

A hidden gem that’s just “WOWspectacular property with the most amazing views,so peaceful and private & the amount of space was fantastic We adored the pool and garden,the outdoor dining area and the chill out top deck were all perfect I couldn’t recommend this place enough and the hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful We can’t wait to return x

A nice place, quietly located at the end of a street. Check-in and communication with Adolfo was very good and with quick response time. Beautiful beaches both north and south. Great place for lazy days on the beach, and not too far from larger cities such as Torrevieja and Alicante. Feel free to go there again

Caroline was the best hostess, so helpful and responsive to any queries. So many little touches throughout the home like labelling where everything was and providing all necessities even shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, extra blankets if needed lovely soft towels, face cloths, adapter plugs ...Everything you need to have a great holiday....so clean and the decor is fabulous....I would most definitely recommend and would return again for sure!! thankyou Caroline for a lovely stay

Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and check-out were super flexible and perfect and were tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

This is the perfect apartment and I felt so safe in and around the building. Everything was very fresh and so comfortable. I would love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Everything's very good, very complete.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

I stayed here for a couple of months. It's a beautiful apartment in a stunning and peaceful setting. The apartment is really spacious and very well equipped with a wonderful terrace and stunning views out over the sea. There is a great little shop next door. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from the tram into El Campello/Luceros/Benidorm. And just a minute further to the bars/restaurants and the cove with its secluded little beach. Great host who was super helpful and responsive.
