Monique, her husband, and her friend were nothing short of amazing. Monique helped arrange transportation to and from the train station, and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed during our stay for way less than a 3rd party app would charge. They were some of the nicest and most welcoming people, and the property was gorgeous. About a 15 minute walk to the beach from the property, but it housed all of our party more than comfortably. One of the best if not best experiences anyone in the group has ever had with Airbnb and travel in general. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with no worries. We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

Beautiful modern villa with amazing heated pool! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very clean, nice design and furniture and so convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. Christelle was very responsive and friendly and she supported us a lot with all sort of questions we had during our stay. Everything is easily reachable by car and there are lots of nice area to explore around. The only watch out is that there is a construction site close by that you can hear - the pool side is protected by the house so it was not too disturbing but better to know that. That said, we would still highly recommend and we hope to be back since it’s a beautiful brand new and clean modern villa with private pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. An immaculate house with everything we needed being available. Well equipped, and very clean. The pool was a little cold, but only because of the time of year. Lots of bars & restaurants in Nueva plaza, and the main square, and Mil Palmeiras around a 30 minute walk away. Palmera Blue responded to all our needs, arranged an early check in. followed up mid holiday, amd even prov9ded a bottle of cava on arrival. a really enjoyable stay.

A very nice and very comfortable house to spend a few days, very well equipped, definitely a place to return. The service was impeccable, always attentive and giving us any kind of help we might need. We would definitely repeat. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The apartment was great, just as Yolanda described it, and clean. She left us bottles of water, which was great. It is conveniently located, close to the beach and downtown. Yolanda was very nice. We had a great time, just like at home. Thank you so much!

They have a great team of professionals who are very attentive to resolve quickly and effectively any special circumstances or needs that arise during the stay. The urbanization is a past, with a swimming pool, padel courts, tennis, football… it gives many possibilities. The house is very large and the kitchen super spacious to go with family or friends. We will repeat this place for sure! Thank you in particular Julian y Marina for their attention.

The house and the garden are very clean, tidy and functional. Exactly the same as in the pictures. The house block is very nice to close off completely with a fence so that no strangers walk around, only residents. The house is very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket, roads and the airport, but you won't hear from that! The host always responds and really quick, kind and helpful. The courtyard garden is great for children, everything is neat and tidy there too. We have enjoyed this large and spacious house, everything easy to keep clean too. The Spanish hospitality was also very pleasant. All in all recommended, you get a lot for your money.

We had a nice stay. It was off-season, so not much was open. We were traveling with three kids and didn’t have a car, so we weren’t able to get around much. There are probably more transport options, like to the beach, during the season. Lovely neighborhood and a fantastic view.

A wonderful clean house, a quiet area. If you are driving, it is a great option, and calling a taxi is not a problem

we are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 big teenagers). this is the the first time we go to Spain. The accommodation is very good, perfectly matches the photos and description, very clean. The environment is quiet and peaceful; the pool is large enough for the residence (you can even meet alone). The park is very beautiful and perfectly maintained. Given the surrounding area, this is not insignificant. Access to the beach is very easy and quick by car (800m). The host is available to answer any questions. The surroundings are a little too concrete but very good enjoy your stay overall. We recommend it no problem!

Best place we've ever been to! Great house with private parking right outside the door, extremely modern furnishings, huge private garden/lounge area, excellent kitchen appliances and much more. Within walking distance are all kinds of supermarkets and drugstores as well as some great restaurants. The beaches nearby are beautiful and miles for chilling out on hot days. Within 15 minutes you can reach the city center of Alicante by car, in addition there is the possibility to use public transport. We felt at home and booked the house again for 10 nights during our stay. Looking forward to it! Thank you for everything Kevin!

The provided key fob did not work to access the pool area, so the main attraction of the place was not accessible. Parking was hit or miss on availability, so you may have to walk a long ways to the unit. The place was clean and had ample space.

WOW! We came without 4 young adult children and they noted it was one of the best places we had booked. Everything detail was considered. Only thing we did not hire a car so getting to places was at times problematic but in another way it meant that we were together a lot more. Really is a super place and you will not be disappointed Thank you for your hospitality and whomever stays have a very lovely time as we definitely did

Recently stayed at Marian's villa as a family of 4 adults and 3 children (one infant) and it was prefect. The villa was spacious enough for all of us with a lovely outside dining space. The villa was across the road from the pool which was especially handy with children and the fact that no food or drink at all are allowed around the pool area. There was a supermarket and lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance. we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
