Apartment holiday rentals in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

Roberto was an incredible host, especially for our first time using airbnb! Very responsive to messages with my many questions and when we struggled to unlock the apartment doors, himself and Analia (key holder) were incredibly helpful! Apartment/pool were exactly like the photos, plenty of storage, clean, fresh and beautifully smelling linen/bed sheets and incredible sea views! Roberto was extremely accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight times, we were so grateful for his hospitality as it made our stay go that much more seamlessly! We found the area to be very local/residential so not loads to do, but we were only a short bus/taxi journey into places like Alicante and Santa Pola where we visited the Island of Tabarka, which was beautiful! Enough restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay :) Thank you Roberto for making our holiday feel like visiting a second home! Perfect 60th birthday celebrations for my Mum complete

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

First, Juana is so helpful and kind. Second, the apartment might be a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but if you like me that loves beach access, stunning views and a calm area, this is the place. Loved me stay and plan to be back. I found the apartment really cozy with a very cool beach bungalow vibe. It's on my list to return to.

Great stay. Lovely hosts Wiola and Paweł are very helpful with everything. Beautiful apartment, 100% cleanliness, equipped with the smallest details. In fact, it looks better than in the photos. Beautiful views from the huge terrace: the sea and the mountains. To the center of Alicante about 15min taxi or 20min by city bus. Stop near the apartment. To the sea from the apartment about 15min walk. Overgrown pool a little higher up the apartment. What more to write, you just need to see. We four friends from Poland will definitely be back. Very friendly and informative host. We were able to check in early, and found the neighborhood easy to navigate and get around. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants around the old town area just nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

My daughter and I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Carmen's apartment in Alicante! The location was absolutely perfect for us – we loved being in a genuine local neighborhood, away from the overly touristy areas, which gave us a much more authentic experience. The apartment itself was outstanding. It was super clean, very comfortable, and had fantastic views of the sea, which we enjoyed every day. Carmen was a great host, and everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay in Alicante, especially if you appreciate a more local feel! Looking forward to staying here again in the future

Fantastic stay and we love this apartment and our expectations were more than met. The arrival instructions and videos were soo helpful and straightforward to get in. Clean , tidy and super comfy beds with the most Incredible views. So easy to get to the beach too. The pools are amazing and really recommend the Pool bar and its food menu . The host James was great and helpful and quick to reply to any messages. Want to go back already !

We stayed here with our family and two-year-old child and were very happy with the experience. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The highlight is the private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, grill, sun umbrella, and comfortable flooring — perfect for relaxing. Everything was quiet, and we had no issues during our stay. Some appliances are a bit outdated, but that wasn’t a big deal. We visited in May and had no problems with parking. Without a car, getting to the beach might be less convenient. Overall, a great place for both short and long stays. Recommended!

Ramon was a great host! The place is beautiful and has great views , i liked the apartment set up . It has AC everywhere and was clean . He was super helpful and answered fast to every inquiry I had . I will deff stay here more often :) It exactly as described and looks like the pictures. Amazing stay!

Great place to stay if you want to visit Alicante! Very close to airport and 5mins drive to the beach. Amazing rooftop to eat breakfast and sunbathing :)

Cozy and nice little apartment, fresh and clean! The backyard leaves something to be desired, but it will get a facelift. It's nice to have shade on the balcony in the evening when it's really hot, so you can keep the door open. The house is a little sensitive, mainly from the staircase but everyone is very considerate. Nice walk to the restaurants along the sea and plenty to choose from. I also want to mention the fantastically nice grocery store that is a short distance from the apartment. We had a very pleasant stay in Santa Pola. The accommodation is very well located with magnificent sea views. Close to shops and restaurants. Anayansi and Natalia are great hosts. We will be happy to come back and recommend this place. Marie-Christine, André

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment. Was given clear instructions on how to operate the jacuzzi and maintain the water quality. Everything is new and of great quality. Amazing views. Watched some amazing sunsets. Quiet location. Only downfall is having to walk up and down to the sea front and shops and restaurants. Bit of a trek. Has great transport links to Santa Pola, Torrevieja and beyond. Beach is stunning! Really enjoyed a relaxing holiday here.

Like at home. The apartment is very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, and it has everything you need to spend a few days even without eating out, although since our stay was a weekend, we didn't need it. Everything was excellent, the cleanliness, the details, Jorlén's attention from minute one, always attentive. Access to the apartment was very easy, without a key, just what we needed because we arrived at midnight. The decoration is very modern and functional, the bathrooms and the jacuzzi are spectacular. The neighborhood has everything: supermarkets, cafes, shops, etc. We were not affected by the street noise, because the apartment is well insulated from the outside, and if you have to put a small but, only that you can hear the conversations of the other apartments, but nothing important. If we have to go back to Alicante, we will definitely try to do it in Jorlén's apartment.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

The apartment was very quick and easy to find. In addition, everything was exactly as described and the apartment was very clean and very well equipped, there was nothing missing:) It is easy to reach everything on foot; the airport and city is also very easy to reach by car. The pools were clean and the gym was also very well equipped. Communication with the host was also excellent, quickly accessible and helpful. We definitely recommend the apartment!

We had a great stay in Arenales del Sol. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, close to the beach, in the middle of the promenade, so that all shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The balcony has a beautiful evening sun!

Great place , small but has absolutely everything. We even got champagne on arrival which was especially pleasing as we had driven 7 hours.
