House holiday rentals in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Beautiful view, ideal place for a quiet rest. Contact with the host is perfect. Simply the perfect place for a vacation.

Monique, her husband, and her friend were nothing short of amazing. Monique helped arrange transportation to and from the train station, and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed during our stay for way less than a 3rd party app would charge. They were some of the nicest and most welcoming people, and the property was gorgeous. About a 15 minute walk to the beach from the property, but it housed all of our party more than comfortably. One of the best if not best experiences anyone in the group has ever had with Airbnb and travel in general. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with no worries. We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Gran Alacant! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, und die schöne Terrasse hat uns viele gemütliche Abende im Freien beschert. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

An immaculate house with everything we needed being available. Well equipped, and very clean. The pool was a little cold, but only because of the time of year. Lots of bars & restaurants in Nueva plaza, and the main square, and Mil Palmeiras around a 30 minute walk away. Palmera Blue responded to all our needs, arranged an early check in. followed up mid holiday, amd even prov9ded a bottle of cava on arrival. a really enjoyable stay.

El apartamento estaba genial, tal y como Yolanda lo describía, además de limpio. Nos dejó botellas de agua lo cual nos vino genial. Está bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y del centro. Yolanda fue muy agradable. Hemos pasado unos días geniales, como en casa. Muchas gracias!

This place was amazing. The views were to die for. We ate every meal on the terrace. The street is a photographer’s dream. Everything in the home was well appointed. Great place!

Tienen un gran equipo de profesionales que están muy pendientes de resolver rápido y eficazmente cualquier circunstancia o necesidad especial que surja durante la estancia. La urbanización es una pasada, con piscina, pistas de pádel, tenis, fútbol… da muchas posibilidades. La casa es muy grande y la cocina súper espaciosa para ir con familia o amigos. Repetiremos este alojamiento seguro! Muchas gracias en especial a Julian y Marina por su atención.

Het huis en de tuin zijn zeer schoon, netjes en functioneel. Precies zo als op de foto's. Het woningblok is heel fijn helemaal af te sluiten met een hek zodat er geen vreemden rondlopen, alleen bewoners. Het huis ligt heel centraal in een rustige wijk gelegen, dicht bij supermarkt, wegen en het vliegveld, maar daar hoor je niets van! De host reageert altijd en heel snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De binnentuin is top voor kinderen, ook daar alles keurig netjes. Wij hebben genoten van dit grote en ruime huis, alles makkelijk schoon te houden ook. De Spaanse gastvrijheid was ook heel prettig. Al met al een aanrader, je krijgt veel voor je geld.

My family and I had an outstanding stay! Juan Carlos and his team were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They checked in proactively to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The house itself was stunning—immaculately clean, full of charm, and clearly well maintained. The location was unbeatable right beneath the Alicante castle, with gorgeous views and easy access to everything. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Está decorado con gusto y todo bastante nuevo. El punto fuerte es sin duda el patio. En nuestro caso, dos adultos y un niño, estuvimos muy a gusto. La zona es tranquila, familiar, y se puede ir andando a la playa, cafeterías, farmacia, etc. Muy buena experiencia. Eso sí, me comieron los mosquitos, llevad algo si os suelen picar jeje

We had a nice stay. It was off-season, so not much was open. We were traveling with three kids and didn’t have a car, so we weren’t able to get around much. There are probably more transport options, like to the beach, during the season. Lovely neighborhood and a fantastic view.

Una casa muy bonita y muy cómoda para pasar unos días, muy bien equipada, sin duda un lugar para volver. El trato impecable, siempre atentos y dándonos cualquier tipo de facilidad que pudiéramos necesitar. Sin duda repetiríamos. Nos sentimos muy cómodos desde el primer momento.

Todo súper bien, le falta aire acondixiones en la parte de abajo donde hay 2 camas grandes porq hace calor, los ventiladores son ayudan, pero de resto, la casa fenomenal, repetiría de nuevo

Allez y les yeux fermés, super maison , paisible dans résidence agréable et sécurisé avec la piscine à 50 m . Evelyn est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Elle et sa petite famille nous ont super bien accueilli . De plus , elle a de très bonne adresse ( restaurant , activités ect ) et de très beaux endroits à vous conseiller (que vous soyez avec ou sans enfants ) , elle vous fera vous sentir comme chez vous . Et surtout qu’avec nous , il y avait la barrière de la langue mais cela ne nous a en aucun cas empêcher de communiquer. ( merci Google traduction lol ) . Alicante n’est que à 20 min max. Die beste Unterkunft in der wir jemals waren! Großartiges Haus mit privaten Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, extrem modern eingerichtet, riesigem privaten Garten/Loungebereich, exzellente Küchengeräte und vielem mehr. Fußläufig sind alle möglichen Supermärkte und Drogeriegeschäfte erreichbar sowie einige tolle Restaurants. Die Strände in der Nähe sind wunderschön und kilometerlang zum chillen an heißen Tagen. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreicht man den Stadtkern von Alicante mit dem Auto, zusätzlich gibt es die Möglichkeit öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und haben das Haus noch während unseres Aufenthalts erneut für 10 Nächte gebucht. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon drauf! Vielen Dank für alles Kevin!

Recently stayed at Marian's villa as a family of 4 adults and 3 children (one infant) and it was prefect. The villa was spacious enough for all of us with a lovely outside dining space. The villa was across the road from the pool which was especially handy with children and the fact that no food or drink at all are allowed around the pool area. There was a supermarket and lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance. we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The provided key fob did not work to access the pool area, so the main attraction of the place was not accessible. Parking was hit or miss on availability, so you may have to walk a long ways to the unit. The place was clean and had ample space.
