House holiday rentals in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Beautiful view, ideal place for a quiet rest. Contact with the host is perfect. Simply the perfect place for a vacation.

Monique, her husband, and her friend were nothing short of amazing. Monique helped arrange transportation to and from the train station, and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed during our stay for way less than a 3rd party app would charge. They were some of the nicest and most welcoming people, and the property was gorgeous. About a 15 minute walk to the beach from the property, but it housed all of our party more than comfortably. One of the best if not best experiences anyone in the group has ever had with Airbnb and travel in general. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with no worries. The house and the garden are very clean, tidy and functional. Exactly the same as in the pictures. The house block is very nice to close off completely with a fence so that no strangers walk around, only residents. The house is very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket, roads and the airport, but you won't hear from that! The host always responds and really quick, kind and helpful. The courtyard garden is great for children, everything is neat and tidy there too. We have enjoyed this large and spacious house, everything easy to keep clean too. The Spanish hospitality was also very pleasant. All in all recommended, you get a lot for your money.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. A very nice and very comfortable house to spend a few days, very well equipped, definitely a place to return. The service was impeccable, always attentive and giving us any kind of help we might need. We would definitely repeat. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The apartment was great, just as Yolanda described it, and clean. She left us bottles of water, which was great. It is conveniently located, close to the beach and downtown. Yolanda was very nice. We had a great time, just like at home. Thank you so much!

They have a great team of professionals who are very attentive to resolve quickly and effectively any special circumstances or needs that arise during the stay. The urbanization is a past, with a swimming pool, padel courts, tennis, football… it gives many possibilities. The house is very large and the kitchen super spacious to go with family or friends. My family and I had an outstanding stay! Juan Carlos and his team were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They checked in proactively to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The house itself was stunning—immaculately clean, full of charm, and clearly well maintained. The location was unbeatable right beneath the Alicante castle, with gorgeous views and easy access to everything. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment is small but has everything you need to spend a few days. It's tastefully decorated and all quite new. The strong point is definitely the courtyard. In our case, two adults and a child, we were very comfortable. The area is quiet, family, and you can walk to the beach, cafes, pharmacy, etc. Very good experience. Yes, the mosquitoes ate me, bring something if you usually bite hehe

We had a nice stay. It was off-season, so not much was open. We were traveling with three kids and didn’t have a car, so we weren’t able to get around much. There are probably more transport options, like to the beach, during the season. Lovely neighborhood and a fantastic view.

A wonderful clean house, a quiet area. If you are driving, it is a great option, and calling a taxi is not a problem

Everything is great, it lacks air conditioning in the lower part where there are 2 large beds because it's hot, the fans help, but otherwise, the house is phenomenal, I would stay here again

Evelyn is a great host, very nice and considerate. Her place has all basic needs sorted. Location in the resort is great with an amazing pool.

The house is small but very cozy, it has everything, it is very clean and comfortable, the terrace is decorated and at night it has small lights that make it even more beautiful, the area is very quiet, there is a restaurant area nearby, you have to have a car to go to Santa Pola since it is a bit far to walk, by car it is 10 minutes, the reception is by jhonnie, the neighbor next door, he is very kind and attentive. The only downside I can find is the check-in time. According to the website, it's at 3:00 p.m., which I think is late, and they want to change it to 5:00 p.m., so you practically lose the day.

Best place we've ever been to! Great house with private parking right outside the door, extremely modern furnishings, huge private garden/lounge area, excellent kitchen appliances and much more. Within walking distance are all kinds of supermarkets and drugstores as well as some great restaurants. The beaches nearby are beautiful and miles for chilling out on hot days. Within 15 minutes you can reach the city center of Alicante by car, in addition there is the possibility to use public transport. We felt at home and booked the house again for 10 nights during our stay. Looking forward to it! Thank you for everything Kevin!

The provided key fob did not work to access the pool area, so the main attraction of the place was not accessible. Parking was hit or miss on availability, so you may have to walk a long ways to the unit. The place was clean and had ample space.

Recently stayed at Marian's villa as a family of 4 adults and 3 children (one infant) and it was prefect. The villa was spacious enough for all of us with a lovely outside dining space. The villa was across the road from the pool which was especially handy with children and the fact that no food or drink at all are allowed around the pool area. There was a supermarket and lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance. we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
