Monthly Rentals in Mont Leuze

This little apartment was perfect for my stay in the South of France! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Nice, which I loved. The train station is SO close and you can reach any city on the coast you want from that station (Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Eze, Monaco, Menton, Ventimiglia, etc.) There is also a little supermarket just a block away, which is super convenient! While the street was a little noisy at times, it didn’t bother me. The apartment was clean and safe. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Teresa is a lovely host. We have stayed here many times and love it. The apartment is in such a great location and Teresa makes the whole process easy. She is very personable and easy to communicate with.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which is in a great location in Port Lympia and is an easy walk from a variety of restaurants and bars in this quarter of Nice. The apartment was clean and well looked after, and is quiet at all times of day. Great transport links to the centre of Nice and also to the airport as the tram stops almost outside the front door of the apartment. I can’t really think of any negatives, it is exactly as was described and as shown in the photos, and I was very happy with my stay here. I hope to come back soon!

Great location close to the water and the train station. I used it as a jumping off point for the Monaco GP and exploring Eze, and couldn't have been happier! The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, but the stairs are wide and not steep, so it is no problem to manage. Would definitely stay again if in the area!
