Monthly Rentals in Mont Boron, Nice

A gorgeous view in a lovely part of town. The host was very helpful with check in and recommendations. The accommodations were very thoughtful. The balcony is perfect for morning and evening relaxing. I highly recommend this rental. So easy to get to Old Nice and Ville Franche Sur Mer.

Vassil Stephanie and Elisa are super hosts. The apartment is modern within a secure gated community and 3500 steps to the beach / old town areas. The apartment is exactly as promised with a nice view of the sea. Vassil is very communicative and gave me a very clear set of instructions which made it easy. Response time was super quick and he gave me wonderful local advise on restaurants and sight seeing. The kitchen and amenities are all good. He and his family are great hosts and thanks so much for having us.

Michelle was very responsive and facilitated our visit. Gave clear instructions and also responded quickly to any questions we had during the stay. Excellent location and breathtaking views and the privacy and security was priceless

Stunning view and beautiful apartment! The balcony is excellent for just hanging out, reading and enjoying the view. It’s quite expensive but I guess you are paying for this view!
