Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monroe Lake

Location was outstanding, the Royal Suite was very nice and exactly as presented, arrival/departure was easy due to host being communicative and directions spot on. Would recommend, and stay again!

The hosts were phenomenal—friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. Their communication was timely and helpful, which made our stay smooth from start to finish. We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Kristen’s recently renovated condo. The space was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the in-unit laundry was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was well supplied with plenty of towels and toiletries. A grocery store and Target are walking distance from the condo complex. Check in was smooth and hassle free. Overall, a very positive experience-we would absolutely stay here again!

My Dad and I stayed at the Hideaway while in town for War in the Woods race. It was nice to have two separate sleeping areas. A great location for the race, less than 10 min away. Geraldene was very responsive and flexible! With changes in the race schedule due to weather, we ended up staying another night. The house was very clean with extra little touches, such as complimentary bottle of wine, chocolates, Keurig, boardgames, and more. The town of Nashville was super cute witg a lot of shops and restaurants. I wish we had more time to explore. We got a chance to try a couple of places, Big Woods Pizza and OoeyGooey Cinnamon Rolls, both were delicious and highly recommend. I would highly recommend The Hideaway and hope we can stay here again for the next race!

Very nice and clean condo in a beautiful area, perfect if you want peace but still wants to be close to Bloomington or the lake. The apartment is very nice, clean and cozy. Marji was very responsive and helpful.

I absolutely loved Denise’s place. She was very responsive and so thoughtful with the extra touches. The area was very peaceful and her place was clean and exactly as pictured. I would definitely stay again and recommend her place to others.

We loved our family stay at Joe’s place. It was close to IU for graduation. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces—the hot tub was a bonus! Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Joe was very communicative, responding right away. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Would highly recommend.

Great place for a quick Bloomington trip -- we walked just about everywhere because it's so close to the B-line. Really great laundry facilities.

Awesome stay in Bloomington. Close to the stadium, short drive to most attractions, and so much room in the house. Michael is very communicative and responds within minutes to anything you need. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.

This house is so cute, clean and well stocked! The house had nice dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Lots of snacks! Water in the fridge. Helpful notes all around. Bathroom accessories and toiletries just in case you forget anything. And comfy beds! They really thought of everything.

We had a wonderful time! Lots of room for everyone and a beautiful location. No one wanted to leave!

We’ve stayed at Mae’s place a number of times. It’s close to our grandkids and they’re able to visit frequently and take advantage of the basketball hoop and ping pong table.

Very nice condo equipped with everything we needed. I appreciate the little details that make it welcoming; like snacks, coffee, umbrella (it rained so very happy to have it handy)..... Spacious, open concept kitchen and living area. Bedrooms are good sizes with comfortable beds and linens. I do recommend this place.

Brandon excels as a host - couldn’t wish for a better one! This listing became “my second home” this past year. Work brought me to Bloomington once a month and this was my place of choice to stay while here. Highly recommend Brandon and this listing.

Great place to stay if you’re enjoying lake Monroe, visiting Bloomington, or going to campus. Quiet and right off the golf course. Will not hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!

Perfectly outfitted, it felt like it was tailored just for me while my son attended a nearby camp. The nearby restaurant was a lifesaver, making meals effortless, and the space was a true gift for resting and relaxing after busy days. Bonus: the TVs were so easy to figure out, adding to the seamless comfort and enough coffee to get me through the weekend. Highly recommend!

Stephanie and the co-hosts were excellent! I was in town for a family event and communication around our stay with everything going on with family events was quick, easy and overall kind. I always felt I could reach out if I needed anything. There were even sweet rolls in the fridge (which we unfortunately were not able to get to, but were all touched!) The space is extremely clean, making it a very comfortable stay. We had plenty of room to lounge and for all of us to get ready at the same for all of the family events. Would highly recommend this stay if you're coming for a football game, visiting family or any other fun activities in Bloomington!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!
