Great stay overall! We had 16-18 people and the property slept us all comfortably with plenty of space to eat and relax. Much cleaner than other places we have stayed as a group. Quiet neighborhood and great hot tub! We would love to come back.

Family of 5 and plenty of room/beds/space for everyone. All our needs were met. It really was a “just bring your clothes/personal items only as that’s all you’ll need” situation. A great place for kids as well since there was a pool, pool room, theater room, recreation room, etc. there was even an office area with a desk which helped tremendously as I typically work from home. Tons of parking space also. Angelique was responsive and helpful with any questions. She even went above and beyond to work with us to help extend our stay at the last minute due to our home reconstruction took longer than expected.

Our group loved our stay and the pool! Plenty of room for all of us- lots of beds/sleeping space, plenty of seating options in the living areas, enough room for us to all eat together. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Perfect End-of-School-Year Getaway! This home was absolutely perfect for a quick end-of-school-year getaway with my kids! The hosts went above and beyond—even creating a small and thoughtful scavenger hunt for my two young kiddos, which they absolutely loved. They were so entertained, they didn’t even want to leave the house! Although the weather was too chilly for us to enjoy the pool, we had a great time exploring Bloomington and taking advantage of the amazing amenities the hosts provided. It was a memorable trip, and I’m already planning to return soon. Highly recommend these wonderful hosts!

Absolutely wonderful for families - lots of room for everyone! My kids loved the pool! Lots of thoughtful extras - the snacks in the kitchen were so nice after a long travel day. You can tell they want you to feel at home.

We came to Bloomington for a wedding and shared the space with family. It was the perfect setup for our two families with 4 bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The house was the perfect size for us. Highly recommend.

Jamie’s house was an excellent place for 7 guys to stay for the Indy 500. She was a great host and was super quick and friendly with responses. Location was great and super easy to locate and extremely clean. The 3 full bathrooms were clutch for us guys. Pool was a nice touch (if it were warmer it would’ve been used). I would recommend anybody staying in Columbus to check this place out!

We came for my son’s IU graduation and we had a great time. This is the BUSIEST weekend in Bloomington so all reservations are done at least 12 months in advance and every place is overpriced including rentals, hotels, restaurants, etc and you are happy if you can get a vacancy. We booked several months in advance. It was very easy to communicate with Joseph, he is very friendly and responsive. My daughter arrived a bit earlier and checked in the house. She texted me that there was dog hair on the floor and furniture. Since the place is pet friendly, i expected that this might be an issue. Joseph was very resourceful and responsive, he asked someone to come by and clean the floors the same evening. While it was not perfect, I appreciated Joseph’s willingness to fix the issue and resolve it right away.

had a pleasant stay at Nicolas’s basement studio. The space was impressively clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Nicolas clearly takes pride in keeping the studio in great condition—everything from the floors to the bathroom felt freshly cleaned and tidy. The studio itself is well-organized and has all the basics you need for a short stay. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed provided a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the quiet and privacy that came with being in a basement space—it felt like a peaceful retreat. That said, one thing to be aware of is that the studio is a bit dim. As it’s located in a basement, there’s limited natural light, which made it feel a little enclosed during the day. Adding more lighting or finding a way to increase natural light would definitely improve the overall atmosphere. Still, if you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and quiet place to stay, this studio is a solid option.

The Dome is a unique, beautiful place that is in a private, wooded setting, but it is also a quick 15 minute drive away from downtown Bloomington. Staying in the Dome was so fun!

Mom’s weekend and it fit three moms and 3 college girls perfectly. The perfect space with great details such as coffee, linens, etc. would definitely rent again. Hot tub was clean and well maintained.

I left this place absolutely gobsmacked. It really should be listed in a special category within Airbnb because it is a time capsule so exquisitely captured. I personally have always loved farmhouse-modern style houses and appreciated midcentury, but now, having stayed at David's place, I have ABSOLUTE REVERE for the genius and excellence of mid-century design. This house has been so perfectly preserved. Because the wood slats on ceiling are structural, the sound when it rains is like being cocooned in a canvas tent with padding on top. It was so incredibly good for sleeping (in conjunction with the black-out blinds). It rained every night—what a treat! The cove lighting, the fixtures, the furniture...all perfect mid-century iterations. And the sheets and pillows were ridiculously soft. I can't speak highly enough of this place. It really is a gem and a masterpiece. AND!, David was a super attentive and friendly host. I highly recommend.

Angie’s house is very beautifully and artistically decorated. She has put a lot of thought into the details that make you feel welcome and comfortable. The house is very clean and all the cupboards are clearly labeled for easy access. There is a beautiful patio in the back to enjoy the scenery. Angie is very accommodating and welcoming. We had a great time.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for a long long time. It felt like a brand new home and It was very easy to check in and felt absolutely spotless upon arrival - like truly it was so clean. It was perfect for a big group- 13 girls. Plenty of space, air mattresses, cozy living room. The kitchen was also wonderful to gather around! We were able to walk around the beautiful neighborhood and enjoy evenings together at home. Lovely, responsive hosts and a gorgeous home! Thank you x1000

What a wonderful space to enjoy Bloomington! John and Christy's home is approximate to the downtown area, Kirkwood, and IU. We really enjoyed our stay in their urban retreat. Highly recommend - 10/10.

5 stars!! We had an amazing weekend at The Nancy. The house was perfectly curated to fit its mid-century modern design and had so many fun and personal touches. We were impressed with how much Brooke had available in this home: comfortable beds, extra blankets and towels, basic toiletries (LOVED that these were themed specific to “The Nancy”), a fully stocked coffee/tea station, logs for the fireplaces, s‘mores fixings, cornhole boards, games, the ping pong table, and more. Not to mention the newly added hot tub, which was a fantastic place to hang out at the end of the day. Brooke was the best host! Brooke was proactive and clear in her communication and continued to check in during our stay. She was always quick to respond and eager to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would absolutely recommend this property and host to anyone staying in Bloomington.

Mary Claire’s home was the perfect retreat during my daughter’s competition at Indiana University! Our group of three women loved the spacious layout, which gave us plenty of room to relax and recharge. The two bathrooms were a game-changer for getting ready each morning, and having our own bedrooms was a fantastic bonus. The house is thoughtfully designed, with clever use of space that made it both functional and inviting. Cozy throw blankets, plush pillows, and a fully equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood ensured restful nights. Its prime location near the IU campus was ideal, with a variety of nearby restaurants offering endless dining options. I even enjoyed a refreshing jog on the trail right next to the house on our final day. If my daughter competes at IU again, I’ll absolutely check availability at Mary Claire’s—it’s a gem we’d love to return to!

Austin was a great host and super accommodating. This was our second stay at the house and it has worked out perfectly for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

Dennis was so kind and helpful from the moment I booked. Every need was anticipated and our stay couldn’t have been more seamless and perfect. This apartment was so perfect for our group of six adults - and the bathrooms en-suite for every bedroom made our stay so much more pleasant. The apartment is located near groceries and great restaurants, and a car is necessary. I was so impressed by how clean the apartment was and I would love to stay there again. Worth every penny!
