Michelle was a great host, with clear instructions and an easy to access unit. The furnishings were clean, modern and comfortable. Really appreciated the variety of containers with lids for taking fruit and snacks to the beach. So very close to the beach but nice to also have the pool as an option. Also appreciated the usb chargers. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. We stayed two nights and everything was as described. It was very clean inside and we loved that it had everything we needed. The location could not be beat. We were about 7 minutes drive from UNCW and a few minutes drive to the beach. We even walked to the beach from here. They have great walking paths that lead to Wrightsville Beach. Even though the location was on a main road we did not hear anything while inside during the day or sleeping. All the instructions were super easy to follow. The only downside is that we had to leave and come home to reality. We will definitely be staying here again very soon!!!

Loved this place! Perfect for two and so close to downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville beach! Felt very safe and clean, the beach chairs were a huge plus.

Grant’s place was very lovely and homey, and just as described. We were only in town for little more than a day, so we didn’t really get to take advantage of all it had to offer. We did run into an issue during our stay, but Grant was incredibly quick to respond, communicated regularly (even though it was late in the evening), and kept us updated throughout the weekend. If you’re going to have an issue, you want an owner like Grant working tirelessly to ensure it gets addressed as quickly as possible. We would definitely stay here again!
