Monthly Rentals in Monchique

We had a fantastic stay with Carlos. Carlos gave us clear directions and was helpful with suggested places to visit including Praia do Grande which was a beautiful sandy beach, like being in the Caribbean! The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. We loved squeezing the oranges and lemons from the garden and the peaceful surroundings. Lots of places to sit in the garden, always an opportunity for a sunny spot. There were restaurants nearby and a supermarket in Monchique. We only had a short 3 day break but can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Carlos, for a great stay!

Jose’s place is welcoming, comfortable and very accommodating with thoughtfulness in the details. A great location in the charming town of Monchique. I would love to return one day.

We absolutely loved our time here! Absolutely incredible scenery, warm and friendly hosts and the house itself was lovely. Would highly recommend this place for a peaceful nature filled holiday!

This space is special, peaceful and calming. Great space to get away but not feel totally isolated. It was lovely to be received by a human being and shown around and all questions asked. 5 min drive into monchique town or 30min walk max. There's a fab coffee place that does the best homemade natas! it is opposite the cycling coffee place! enjoy
