Treehouse holiday rentals in Mississippi River

We had a fabulous stay at The Treehouse. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. It was private and peaceful. The layout was perfect for our family and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We would love to stay again when visiting Lake Livingston.

We loved being able to see all of the beautiful wildlife that is on the property and we loved fishing all day on the lake. The host was very helpful and accommodating. We all had a great time.

We had an amazing time on our 5th wedding anniversary (traditional theme is wood), surrounded by the woods. It’s a very special place, nestled in the piney woods. There was almost as many things to look at in the cabin, with all the art, as there was outside. Very secluded, quiet and peaceful. We’ll have to bring our kiddo next time for the awesome loft!

Very fun place to stay! There was plenty of space and the pullout couch was surprisingly comfortable. The kids loved finding all the mini treehouses scattered throughout. The host stopped by and was very kind.

Wife and I stayed here during a short hiking trip. Place was perfect. Short drive to several waterfalls hikes and Porcupine Mountains. Hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. The guidebook the hosts provide was an A+++. Great place and would highly rec'd to anyonein future.

I wanted to create a lasting memory with my family, and with the backdrop of the cabin we did just that. Great experience!

Laura is without a doubt, the friendliest host we’ve come across. She lets you know what you need and what you don’t. The property is as described and all the animals will welcome you to the Magic Land. We had an amazing time being able to roam the property and interact with the dogs and chickens. This was the most unique AirBnB experience we’ve been able to have and loved every minute of it.

Enjoyed our time here and wish we could've had a longer stay. Perfect peaceful getaway spot.

If you need a secluded peaceful get away, wait till you’re at this place in the rain 😍 This stay was amazing. The area is stunning with a beautiful short walking trail. This place will either be my go-to, or I’m gonna need the blueprint of the space. I want one for myself! Thank you Scott for letting me stay!

Definitely a hidden gem, we really enjoyed the views and peacefulness. Also they supply a fan in every closet, we travel with our own but we have forgotten before so this would have been a relief. Hot tub works great. Would stay again if in the area

We only spent one night there on Father’s Day but felt like we were there several days. Very peaceful and relaxing. If you like something a little different near Sioux Falls I highly recommend staying here.

Christen’s place was perfect for a road trip with my dog - who is not used to loud noises and dense cities! The morning on the back porch with the sun coming through the swamp trees was beautiful - the place was easy to find and access, clean, and coffee available was great! Railroad tracks nearby but I didn’t hear anything and slept super well (as did my dog!)

We loved our stay at the Tree Cottage! We eloped while in Arkansas. so it was the perfect place to to be together. It is so peaceful! There are deer that came through almost every night. The deck was perfect for nature watching and listening. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. My husband absolutely loved the outdoor shower! We loved it so much, we talked about coming back every year for our anniversary. A truly magical place to escape the world but is still not to far from town. Michael was one of the best hosts we have had! ❤️

Absolutely perfect stay! It is in a great central location for different “touristy” places like Broken Bow, Ok, and Crater of Diamonds State Park with a peaceful stay. We felt close enough to everything without fighting all the crowds. And, the house itself…pristine and peaceful! The hosts provided a place where it was obvious that they were intentional to every nook and cranny. From walking through the door in day one to locking it behind us in day five, the stay was perfection. Don’t hesitate! Book this place before I tell all my friends about it and the calendar is full!😉

This place was beautiful and we didn’t want to leave when our stay was over. The location had all of the amenities that we needed to help us unplug and connect with each other. I did think it would be totally private, but there was nearby noise from the neighbors and we could see their home from the BnB. The trees helped so much though and it kept our trip private. Adam and Casey have made this place so special and we are grateful for the experience. We for sure plan to return!

Quiet and cozy! Perfect for a night away. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Tracy let us check in an hour early so that was nice! My husband and I enjoyed the treehouse very much! A quick little anniversary night, drove to 14 Mill Street for some delicious food, hit Walmart on the way back for some night cap drinks and enjoyed our evening on the porch. You can not see through the shower, we did some investigating-haha! A little bigger TV may be nice (we’re getting old-lol) but maybe they’re concerned of it falling? Regardless it was a wonderful time and have nothing negative to say.

I have stayed in hundreds of airbnb's across the country and this is one of my favorites so far! Better than the pictures and super peaceful! So much thought put into everything! Can't wait to go back and stay longer!

This is a gem of a spot! It was nice to get out of Kansas City a bit but still be 15 minutes away from Lenexa city center or Jack stack barbecue to get some KC barbecue. The place is very cute and fun. Enjoyed the waterfall element and the peaceful noise that the running water made. There’s some really nice touches here like cold drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter.

It was very clean and nice like the secluded aspect of it. I would recommend to stay very peaceful

The ReTreet is adorable!! A quiet get away in the trees! We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the birds at the bird feeder. And the little red squirrel too!!!

The Treehouse is super unique and you won't find another one anywhere near it. Trust me, I tried! I spent one night there with my 6-year-old son, and he absolutely loved every minute of it.
