Monthly Rentals in Mio

Richard was great to work with from beginning to end. The place had everything we needed, it was clean and the beds were amazing. We were a late arrival (it was dark). I let Richard know and he went and turned the outside lights on for us! We will definitely stay the next time we are in town.

The rental was exactly as described, and very clean! It is also very cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. Shellie, the host, was extemely friendly and even though we didn't have any issues, she checked in with us to make sure things were going well. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we would definitely rent the property again the next time we are in the neigborhood.

This was a last second find for staying in the area for work. Beds were great and a comfortable space. If you want to get away from busy cities, this is the place!

Booked this place as a back up to the original place I rent in Mio. Honestly? It’s the best air bnb I have stayed at so far! It had the perfect layout, beautiful porch for sunrise and coffee. Quiet. Isolated. Not too far from the main city. The beds are so comfortable! Best night of sleep I’ve had yet! Hot water for showers and a bath. Fire pit. WiFi. Flat screens in every room. All accommodations at your finger tips. Great value! Easy to communicate with. 10/10! We’ll be back!
