Monthly Rentals in Mint Hill

The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! Tastefully decorated and thoughtful furniture placement with tables/lamps/etc. The kitchen was small but mighty! Fully stocked and had everything you’d need to cook a meal! Plenty of silverware and tableware, including plastic bowls and plates for kids! The coffee and cookies were a wonderful touch! The only thing to note is regarding accessibility. The only way to access the floors are with very narrow spiral stairs. Those with young children or limited mobility may have difficulty accessing all parts of the home. You can walk/drive around out back, but it would not be convenient. There is one half bath on the main middle floor and a full bathroom downstairs. The full bathroom could also benefit from a handheld shower head for those with limited mobility as well as showering young children. We did not venture out to the outdoor spaces much, but the inside was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Anna's cottage had everything you needed and much more. We wished we could have stayed longer, but our one night stay was memorable and peaceful. The cottage is very private. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen & bathroom were well stocked. We felt just like at home. I was surprised to find body & hair products in the bathroom and coffee, creamer, water, crackers and condiments in the kitchen. There were even doggy treats, bowls and a leash. You can tell Anna is very thoughtful and wants her guests to have a wonderful experience while staying at her place. We will definitely come back to the cottage anytime we are visiting Charlotte. Thank you Anna!

Christina was a super host! She was friendly, responsive and responded quickly to every inquiry. The house was beautiful and it was located on a cul de sac. I would definitely go back again. The property was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The backyard was large and gorgeous. Great place to stay when visiting Charlotte.

This is a beautiful calm place to relax, and rest. The host are simply delightful. The space is well laid out and cozy, with a room dedicated to group activities, with plenty of games. There is plenty to do outside as well. There are many outdoor games, plenty of nature to explore. This is definitely a great place to land from the whirlwind busy life of today.
