Monthly Rentals in Millhouse Green

A beautiful little stay nestled amongst the rolling hills of the Pennines. I really enjoyed Kirsty’s place for its homely feel and comfortable living space. The little breakfast left in the fridge was especially delightful the following morning with a homemade Jam that was to die for! Thank you.

I've stayed in this wonderful cottage so many times that I've lost count. John and his lovely family never disappoint in their attention to detail and always arrive to a spotless home with a full kitchen, crisp high-end linens and cozy beds, thoughtful welcome goodies and a fatastic view. Already looking forward to another trip back!

Alison was amazing. Despite being on her property, the place felt very private and felt like we were on our own. Just like the photos, everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything you need for cooked breakfasts and dinners. Lounge area was nice and cosy with a film projector for a quiet night in. Lots of small details Alison has added to really make our stay special. The location was spectacular, fantastic views and everything within walking distance. Langsett reservoir was a personal favourite. Alison recommended lots of places for dinner, Waggon & Horses Oxspring was an amazing pub dinner and would highly recommend it. Anyone looking for a trip to the Peaks, this is the place to stay:)

We stayed at this lovely Airbnb over the long weekend with Paul and Bob, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The place has everything you could possibly need – nothing is missing. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the attention to detail really shows in every corner of the house. The mattresses are very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep, and it’s clear that everything has been thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel welcome and at ease. The only minor drawback was the lack of a vent or window for fresh air at night – leaving the doors open isn’t very convenient while sleeping. Other than that, it’s a truly perfect stay, and we would happily return!
