This place was absolutely perfect for a family reunion. Lots of rooms to be together and relax, but also lots of space to be alone if so desired. Michael could not have been kinder or more attentive. We can't wait to rent it again!

We had a great stay at Debbie and Leon’s! We came for a bachelorette trip and the house was perfect - great number of bedrooms and bathrooms and enough living space for everyone to hang out and eat together. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you could need, which was a nice touch. The location of the house is perfect (walkable to the beach and a quick drive to downtown Newport). Communication with the hosts was great. The power went out one day due to a wind storm and I received a call from Debbie within 5 minutes letting me know she is already in contact with the utility company. Highly recommended this home - would stay here again!

The location is great and convenient to the grocery store, some really good local restaurants and the beach. Nice walk to Monahan’s for clam cakes and lobster rolls! Beautiful front yard and a great deck in the back along with the tall trees on the property. Very quiet and peaceful place to be on vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and even had a bag of ground coffee and assorted teas for the guest - a nice touch. Each room had its own AC unit to control which we loved. My family really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful place. The beach access can’t be beat and the area is quintessential New England Farm Coast - just beautiful. Nancy and her family are wonderful hosts for whatever is needed yet there is privacy if that is what is sought. The home has great outdoor space including a covered porch and all the amenities needed inside. The wifi and gas fireplace were really a bonus! I hope to come back!

The location and home were even better than expected! The hosts were responsive yet still gave us plenty of privacy, to the point that felt like it was a single unit home. They had a binder with helpful information and great local recommendations, which was awesome. Caught a beautiful sunset from the benches overlooking the water down at the end of the street. Thanks for the hospitality!

An amazing accommodation in a prime location. Loved the ability to link up two apartment units! We travelled as a group with a few small children, and it was perfect spot to put the kids to bed in the farther rooms and not disturb them with any noise on the lower level. For 4 adults and 3 kids, it was absolutely perfect! Also just have to put it out there that Mustafa is incredibly kind. He called me to walk me through where to find a spare key as our group had some miscommunication of who had the key (spoiler: none of us did). He truly was so so wonderful and would definitely stay here or another spot with him again! PS thanks for the coffee!

We absolutely loved staying at this home. It was immaculate and has all the needed amenities. Checking in and out was super easy with clear instructions. The location was wonderful. Easy to get everywhere…beach, marina, restaurants and shopping.

Clean, spacious home in a peaceful neighborhood. Great location that was convenient to Providence College, Federal Hill, and downtown area. Host was very considerate offering a early check-in and accommodating a late check-out when we had something unexpected occur. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Providence.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jazmine's place, it is close to the highway and not directly in downtown Providence, so you are close to everything but not close enough to have to worry about a lot of traffic, plus the place is on a dead end street so you do not have to worry about traffic noise at all. After our long days exploring Rhode Island, we very much appreciated the outside area this Airbnb provided to wide down while enjoying the weather and the company and the deck also made a great breakfast spot too! When you were done relaxing outside, it was also a special bonus to be able to turn on a projector and watch a movie!! Jazmine is also very responsive to questions has some helpful information about the area in the Airbnb. Do yourself a favor and book this Airbnb, you will certainly not have any regrets :-)

Mushfique is a friendly, responsive host. Our stay was pleasant. There's a great bakery very nearby. The place is almost two apartments for one. The upstairs, which is larger, has it's own entrance with its own lock, as does the first floor. A bit of an odd configuration, but possibly very useful and not really a problem.

Me and my wife absolutely loved staying here there are so many places to see and go while you stay here and second beach has been our go to beach for years.

Wonderful place. One of the first Airbnb's I've stayed in that is better in person than the photos. Truly a delightful home and kid-friendly! Carpets and fireplace made the place extra cozy.

We had a great stay at the Saltbox. The home is right off Thames street but still very quiet. Great living room with a huge TV and big table for games and puzzles There are 4 full bedrooms as well as a two awesome outdoor decks with water views. KC was extremely flexible with check in and checkout as well as responsive over the app. Couldn't haven been more pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in a trip to Newport

This was our second stay at this beautiful condo. Lindsay was a wonderful host. Responsive and helpful in every way. I can't think of one thing that we needed that wasn't supplied, right down to a measuring spoon for our morning coffee. It has beautiful views and is just steps away from the ocean. It rained a lot on this trip and we felt right at home to just stay in and relax. We love it here and we will be back.

We recently stayed at Ann's lovely townhouse while attending the Newport Jazz Festival, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was wonderfully peaceful, ensuring we had restful nights. Ann thoughtfully provided plenty of towels and a generous array of self-care items including toilet paper, soap, hair products, and face wipes, which was greatly appreciated. Ann is an absolutely adorable host. She went above and beyond by leaving coffee, cold water, and soda for us, and in the morning, she surprised us with freshly baked blueberry cookies that were to die for! Her attention to detail in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment was evident in every aspect of our stay. We were also grateful for the late check-out option she offered, which allowed us to enjoy a leisurely brunch in such a beautiful place. We absolutely plan to repeat our stay here in the future. Highly recommend!
