Beach house holiday rentals in Middletown

Exceeded expectations can’t wait to return! Great spending time with grandkids and sharing all the local spots- Jim’s and skips dock and snug harbor diner- they are all still open from my childhood time- 70’s….

This is the third year we’ve come to Wendy’s place to celebrate my sister’s birthday weekend and it was fabulous, as always! Wendy made everything perfect for us and the beach and restaurants were amazing. Can’t wait for next year!

Very cute, comfortable, and clean cottage right on the water. Easy to find with multiple food spots in walking distance. Albert was very communicative and we really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting the area!

This house was the most perfect find for our stay in Narragansett! We were in awe at the beautiful ocean views off the decks and in the kitchen and living room. Dana was very accommodating, responsive, and gave great recommendations. We would highly recommend Wildwings and we hope to come back!

Kelly's place was a tranquil oasis by the water. It was the perfect weekend get away with a lot of local spots nearby and the gorgeous deck overlooking the water. The surrounding streets were great for walks and we enjoyed checking out Sunset Cove in the mornings. The space is well equipped with kitchen supplies for making dinners at home, but there were also several options down the road. Would love to go back and stay at Kelly's again!

Wonderful weekend stay at Kathleen’s oceanfront cottage. Charming neighborhood makes you consider moving to Newport if you could afford it! Loved our stay and would love to return in the future. Kathleen is a superb and welcoming host.

If you’re looking for a beautiful Airbnb close to downtown Newport, look no further! This is an amazing home about 10 minutes from the wharf area. My family of 6 stayed for 4 nights and had the best time! The house was perfect! Spacious, comfortable, pristine, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous yard and pool, comfortable beds and linens! The host, Za, provided very clear instructions regarding check in and check out. We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve stayed at! Will definitely come back!!!

Shael is a wonderful host! Very responsive and friendly. The private pool is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed it! There were plenty of towels and even some inflatable pool toys in the backyard shed. The kitchen is stocked with every tool and gadget imaginable. Beds were very comfortable.

This was my second time staying at this property. Everything was extremely clean and welcoming, no issues at all. I will stay again!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Namaste. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet and the back garden was just perfect - we felt very welcome and our hosts were great. We received excellent recommendations for restaurants and they left us with plenty of information on things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to have the opportunity to stay once again. I am only sorry we could not stay longer. Thank you!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. The stay was great! The house was spacious, well decorated and had lots of outdoor space. The stay was private with nice neighbors and walking distance from the beach and local stores. Highly recommend!

Brooke was amazing! My friends and I just needed a last minute place to stay after driving all day and this was perfect! The key pad wasn’t working and Brooke was responsive and helpful! Even offered us a later check out since we arrived at almost midnight!

Nice clean home with good amenities! Centrally located. Very responsive host. We spent most of our trip in the house and were very happy with it. The outdoor space could use a clean-up (the grill was a bit rusted but we used it with tin foil and the chairs and awning weren’t in great shape). The kitchen was very well-stocked. Everything was clean. Would certainly stay here again.

Our group of 4 dogs and 4 humans (and 2 cars), really enjoyed our stay at Theresa’s spacious apartment above her own in a split-level house. We were in Newport for a long weekend to do the Pell Bridge run. From start to finish Theresa’s communication was excellent and we loved the the private deck and gazebo in the back, the large yard, the huge beautiful table and open kitchen space, the two big sofas, the double vanity in the bathroom shared by 2 of the bedrooms, the en suite bathroom for the master bedroom and the amenities (only thing missing was a W/D, but we didn’t need one). The kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked, and there were thoughtful and practical touches throughout as well as lovely decor. We met Theresa’s dog Ruby, and did hear her barking a little, but nothing that was disruptive, and of course, our dogs barked also! Theresa also kindly gave us tomatoes from her garden and had provided an amazing selection of teabags, ground coffee and half-and-half for us too!

Sixth summer renting this house- it's our home away from home for a week every Aug! We love it and the new addition of an outdoor shower is a nice upgrade. It's a perfect location and the hosts are very accommodating of requests (early check in) when possible. Can't wait for next summer!

We’re so grateful to have stayed here during such a big transition for our families. The home was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient, exactly what we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful, kind, responsive, and so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our final days in Rhode Island. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming stay!
