Incredible location! Walking distance to the town. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very comfortable all weekend long. Carole and Rich are wondering hosts, and the apartment had everything we needed. We would recommend!!

I enjoyed staying at this clean, private studio, conveniently located just a couple of blocks (less than 10 minutes' walk) from Yale. Alicia is a responsive and helpful host. The building is not fancy, but I felt safe and comfortable. I was very satisfied with my choice to stay here.

Everything was super easy and great! The apartment was tidy and cheerful and had all the basics you would need for your stay—everything was just right! It was easy to get in, and all Jarrett’s instructions were super clear, about entry and about parking, neighborhood, etc. would definitely stay here again!!

My daughter and I had a great stay at Kathryn's place! Kathryn was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The place was very roomy and comfortable with large bedrooms, a full kitchen, large living room area, and lots of games/puzzles/activities for entertainment. Location was great as well - private yet close to local amenities.

Our stay was peaceful located in a great place , the home its self was perfect if we come back next year we will book this place again

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The condo was clean, cozy, and close to tons of great activities. The pre-arrival instructions were super helpful, check-in was seamless, and access to the clubhouse was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Erica and Janson's place was perfect for our group of eight to attend a wedding in the Hamptons. You cannot get closer to the North Ferry to Shelter Island and there are many restaurant and shopping options within walking distance... the pizza place next door is open late, PORT restaurant (across the street!) is great for waterfront drinks and dinner. While we didn't use it, the LIRR station from Manhattan is also 500 feet from the front door. Ample parking was appreciated and the place was spotless. Thank you Erica and Janson!

This is our second time staying at Rudy’s wonderful home but definitely will not be our last! Rudy is amazing at being an Airbnb host but he’s also such a great man. He’s so helpful and kind. My family had a wonderful stay at AnnGina’s beautiful home in Groton. The decor was incredible as was bedding and linens. AnnGina was very responsive to our every need including allowing an early check in and late check out and even ordering an air fryer to meet our needs. The location was perfect for a wedding at Branford House or a shoreline vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous lakehouse! Honestly, the pictures don't do the place justice. The lake was lovely, and the house was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The furnishings and decorations were far nicer than you often find in an airbnb; it felt like a true home. Everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy the lake was provided, from canoes and kayaks to inner tubes, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all manner of cooking utensils and basic spices/condiments. Linda and Dick were great--very communicative and easy to get ahold of, but left us to our privacy otherwise. Would absolutely go back again!

Jan's house was a great stay with plenty of room for six adults. We loved the game room and outdoor hot tub. Instructions for the hot tub were clear and easy to follow. We'd definitely stay again!

Kartik was super communicative. Beautiful home and a perfect getaway to quiet space from the city especially for my dog. They had to redo some landscaping while I was there, Kartik communicated this prior to my arrival and made sure I was comfortable with the situation. Great host, would definitely recommend. There are great hiking trails around that are dog friendly and winery’s with great views.

Only complaint would be the noise from road during the morning commute
