Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

Wir hatten einen frühen Flug nach Rom & haben deshalb vorab mit dem Vermieter Giorgio geschrieben, ob es denn möglich sei die Wohnung schon vor dem eigentlichen Check in (15 Uhr) zu beziehen. Dieser hatte sich direkt gemeldet & uns angeboten, dass wenn die Wohnung nicht fertig sei, wir das Gepäck bei ihm abstellen könnten. Ebenso hat Giorgio uns vorab Zugverbindung geschickt mit der wir vom Flughafen zur Wohnung gelangten. Bei Ankunft vor Ort, war alles schon fertig & wir konnten direkt das Appartement beziehen. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, mit allem was man braucht & für uns ein ganz wichtiger Punkt, super sauber. Das in den Bewertungen zuvor beschriebenen Wasserproblem, hatten wir am ersten Tag auch aber mit ein paar Tipps und Tricks war es kein Problem mehr. Ruhige Lage im lebhaften Rom. Perfekte Anbindung an U-Bahn, Zug & Bus, in wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Vielen Dank an Giorgio für die tolle Zeit.

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Great apartment, maybe a little smaller than you may think from the pictures. it's in a very quiet side street and the balcony was lovely. the kitchen is very small so I wouldn't plan on cooking however you are in the city centre with food everywhere so there's no real need. it was very clean and great value, maria who meets the guests was very nice and friendly and had lots of tips for the city. highly recommend the place

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here! I can’t recommend it enough, especially for fans of Normal People. The area is very peaceful and beautiful, amazing for a nice getaway. Giada and her family were very welcoming and friendly. Giada was very communicative and responsive and provided great recommendations. I already miss it, thank Giada for such an amazing stay!

Silvia's studio was ideal for our needs. It was very close to Trevi fountain and thus the spanish steps also, location was right amongst the action. Check in instructions were very clear and easy, the building was authentic but the studio itself was modern, clean and spacious. It also had a small washing machine which is a bonus. We were able to walk to all major attractions, the Colosseum and Vatican were both each about 30 minutes walk. Locally was great eating places and shopping. Rome Termini was a 10 euro taxi away. Sylvia gave great advice on local dining and transport tips. Would definitely stay again next time.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

logement très propre et très calme, tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. les petits déjeuners et repas sur la petite terrasse y sont très agréables bercés par le chant des oiseaux. la clim est vraiment appréciable. Andréa est un hôte agréable et très réactif, et extrêmement arrangeant. je recommande fortement car le rapport qualité/prix est top. restaurants et supermarché ainsi que transport en commun vraiment a proximité à pied.

Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, and it was super helpful that the host met up with us to give clear instructions and make sure we were settled in. Made everything easy and stress-free.

Guido's place is located in a very walkable area but outside of the primary tourist locations in Rome which can get quite noisy and crowded. Lots of restaurants, a fantastic gelato shop (Fassi), a nice park nearby, and it's about a 15 minute walk from the Termini train station. The location was perfect for us, and the space provided everything we needed for a short stay in Rome.

Paola’s place was truly great! Great location, beautiful flat, close to all of the sites that you want to see in Rome! Many great restaurants and cafe’s nearby with easy access to the train and metro for longer hauls. As a host, Paola was incredibly responsive from the second we booked. She was helpful with recommendation and extremely flexible when we arrived early and asked to check in at 1pm. We would recommend to our friends and family!

Giordano was extremely fast at responding to messages. Very close to colosseum and great location to bars and restaurants. Very cute apartment equipped with everything you need! Highly recommend this place!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Spacious and well equipped apartment, large private outside yard, looked just like the pictures, check in was very easy, bus stop outside front door and taxi rank a few metres away 15-20 mins walk to metro but lots to see en route (St Peter’s and/or Castel Saint Angelo) 15-20 mins walk to Trastavere

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location. The neighborhood is walkable to all the major sites (although distance to Vatican recommends itself to an Uber or the train), but is far more peaceful than a hotel adjacent to the most touristy parts of the city. Eva is incredibly responsive and helpful - she even left an adapter for us when ours didn’t work. Her suggestions for local restaurants were great (we highly recommend Broccoletti for dinner and Regoli for pastries and a traditional stand up coffee bar). The apartment itself was terrific and surprisingly quiet.

Most amazing hosts! Paola and Sophia were so helpful and wonderful in aiding us on our trip adjustment when we encountered a train strike - accompanying us through the 1.5 hour queue. Their care and thoughtfulness as airbnb host were clearly evident in the setup of the apartment - from drinks, breakfast, snacks, toiletries, and all sort of household items that holidayers might ever need. This is the most well-set airbnb i had ever stayed and I am most impressed. Well done, ladies! Would highly recommend!

If you are heading to Italy for the first time and visiting Rome, this is the perfect Airbnb for your stay. It’s so close to everything. And you’re only about a five minute walk from two different bus stops that take you virtually anywhere in Vatican City & Rome that you want to go. The check is was SO EASY! It’s a 1st floor apartment. All of the public transportation is very affordable. Every single day we walked to everything that we were doing and then would maybe take one or two buses to go a little bit further out if we wanted to. ( also the buses have Apple Pay so we would just use that every time we went on the bus) But everything that we could imagine doing was within walking distance, which absolutely sold us on this Airbnb. It made me want to move to ROME! The Airbnb was so clean and the apartment was the perfect size. The living area was so comfortable and the bedroom was perfect. Everything was very clean and the AC WAS GREAT!! Especially in this summer heat ! 10/10 !!

Amazing neighborhood to stay at and explore Rome. Lot of things to do nearby and great food to explore. The apartment is as described and very convenient for a short stay!

Our stay at Meta Roma’s apartment was fantastic! The location absolutely cannot be beat! You are less than a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and tons of restaurants and cafés. There’s actually a really nice café/bar on the ground floor to the left when you walk out of the apartment building that has delicious croissants, fresh juice, espresso, beer, and wine. The apartment was also very clean and has a very nice small terrace for sitting outside, sipping your espresso and watching the people go by. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Rome!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. Daniele was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We appreciated all the local recommendations from him.
