Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Antonella's home was perfect for our stay in Rome. Easy bus ride from the train station, very walkable area convenient to good restaurants and a great neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and Trastevere area. Antonella was very easy to contact and was a great host. We were very happy with our choice. There is a narrow flight of stairs, but we knew this beforehand and wasn't an issue for us.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

Thank you for an overall nice stay that was smooth and seamless for two people. Rita communicated quickly and for my requests and she was helpful. Self check in was very easy. The home was very cute and is equipped with all that you would need. The accommodation was cool, bed was comfortable and pillows, too. We are fairly taller visitors and the bed was a perfect size for us. Hairdryer was good quality and dried my hair very quickly. Some dishes were unclean so would recommend rinsing them first. If you have young children or sleep earlier before 12:30-1am, this apartment may be a little noisy. The courtyard of the church is now rented for a seasonal pop up bar and it’s right outside the bed window behind your head. It feels like you are in the party! While this is not the hosts fault for outside noise in the city, it is helpful to know or be told about this summer bar. Mornings are beautiful with the sound of birds. We stayed two nights in Adriano's apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment and the amenities were as described. The location is good, the classic sights are within walking distance. The Travestere district and the Tiber are only 3 minutes away. Due to the proximity to the "scene district", however, it was (only) a little louder on Saturday evening / night. You just can't have both😉. Adriano was easily accessible and the check-in and access to the apartment/house worked well. Had a lovely time!

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, immediately making themselves very helpful. The place exactly matches the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both human and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will be very happy to stay at Villa Bovari!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Amazing penthouse apartment in a lovely neighbourhood with easy access on the metro to the city centre (only one stop) Pietro and his sister were so welcoming and helpful with any of our needs. I couldn’t recommend this apartment highly enough. We will definitely be back 💯

We loved our stay at Pietro and Pina, felt like a paradise. We were welcomed with amazing food and wine, became friends with all the pets, and enjoyed the house with great views a lot. Thank you!

The villa is as described and the exteriors are even more beautiful. The area under the canopy overlooking the hot tub is very pleasant. We also took advantage of the barbecue, appreciating its equipment. We will be happy to return soon

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. My wife and I were in Rome for a celebration and Martina went above and beyond with special treats and gifts waiting for us. We didn't meet Martina in person for check in as she was working but she was in contact with us through e-mail. Martina's mother met us at the apartment instead and gave us a thorough check in. She was absolutely lovely. The apartment itself is wonderful and has the added bonus of aircon and a gorgeous terrace to relax on and enjoy the views. It has a well equipped kitchen and the apartment is a good size. The metro is a short walk from the apartment and is very easy to use. You can be in the city centre in just a short time. All of the Rome attractions are easy to get to using either bus or metro from the apartment. All in all we has the most wonderful holiday.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The apartment was lovely and the star was the terrace. It was the best terrace to enjoy your coffee in the morning and to look at the beautiful view of Roma. The only thing I can say is that the bathroom is very small and the sofa is a bit old. Apart from that 10/10! The host’s communication was great as well. The location was perfect too.

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Great place in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Everything was perfectly walkable, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Apartment was relatively quiet at night. Good AC! Clear and quick communication with the host.

Giuseppe and Lucrezia's apartment far exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, complete and very clean. It has everything you need and much more to enjoy your stay. The location is unbeatable, it has neighborhood life, with bars and restaurants nearby, at the same time, it is very well connected to the most important tourist points. The hosts were very kind, they were attentive to everything, they left us coffee, tea and sweets for breakfast as well as a variety of drinks in the refrigerator. Hopefully we can be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay for the weekend at Catharines apartment. It was a little rocky at the start from unclear messages, my email instructed us to go to the apartment but other guests were still checking out so we ended up having to leave our luggage in the business office across the street. Fair warning if you pack a lot (I’m a terrible overpacker) the road can be tough with luggage and there are about 20 or so steps to get into the building, then a small older elevator, and then you walk the last flight to the top floor. Once you’re in the apartment it’s beautiful scenery and overlook the basilica. We loved the quick walk and semi quiet neighborhood. Rome is a very busy city but we felt very relaxed enjoying our evenings at the apartment. Catharine gave us our first Italian espresso and croissant, and then left a bottle of prosecco for us to enjoy as well. Overall wonderful stay!

We had such a great time in Rome! Marzia’s location was close to everything…great restaurant's and places to eat. We enjoyed it very much. I loved the decorations and the bookshelves from floor to ceiling. Thank you for letting us stay.
