We had a pleasant stay in Rome in a quiet area. Fulvia's place was spacious, very clean, very well arranged and equipped, and very comfortable. Fulvia welcomed us very warmly and was always available for us. We'll be back with pleasure at their place. Thank you Fulvia!

The accommodation is convenient, clean and comfortable; close to subway A and therefore well connected to the tourist areas. The quiet area with many shops, bars, restaurants and everything you need. We had a great time. Thanks

Very comfortable stay, booked 4 nights and definitely enjoyed the stay. Simple apartment with a nice public terrace (nobody really used it when we did, so felt like we had it all to ourselves). Right next to a gym for those who needs to workout on vacation. Andrea was extremely helpful and a great host. Location of the apartment is just few mins walk to the Colleseum & 15-20 mins bus ride away to city centre.

I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

Beautiful and charming space! We appreciated the welcome drinks. The laundry room is right next door and it was convenient to be able to wash clothes. The elevator is nice if you are traveling with luggage too. The building is very quiet and safe. The place had a ton of room for 3 people. The book of instructions and recommendations for restaurants was so helpful and we enjoyed them! Showers were hot for 3 people. Wonderful stay with shopping and restaurants near by. Would highly recommend!

Great Airbnb and extremely response host. Check in process was easy. Very convenient location with nearby bus and train stations. Clean accommodation and the steam shower was great! Highly recommended when visiting Rome. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

Our stay was very nice. The apartment has everything you need. But for anyone who goes there, I would recommend renting a bike or car, as the way to shopping is already a bit longer. We also rode a bike to the train to go to Rome because the bus didn't come. But for a beach vacation, the place is great.

Maurizio is a fantastic host. He met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. What few questions we had during our stay were answered very quickly. My wife and I were traveling with our daughter, so having two bedrooms and two baths was exactly what we were looking for. The listing more than met our expectations. We came to Rome for the Jubilee and having a view of St. Peter's from our bedroom balcony was something special. Vatican Square and Vatican Museum are a very easy walk. The property is also very conveniently located near bus routes to the central part of the city and the train line. We felt very much at home during our stay and we certainly had Maurizio to thank!

Alberto welcomed us from the beginning in a timely manner, kind and with detailed information. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, clean, with 4 beds and complete with all the accessories. Alberto has provided us with all the necessary information to arrive, get around and dine in clubs. A 10-star host!

We had a great time! The rooftop was perfect for breakfast and a glass in the afternoon before we went out to eat at any of the local restaurants.

Words can't express how much Sonia and Lucas' home made our Rome holiday more than amazing. At first, you think the location is a fair way from the historical centre, but it is so easy to get there in 10-15 mins with regular buses (No.30 and 160), you are amongst the most beautiful historical places in the world. Their home is a beautifully equipped apartment that is easy to get to, and very secure and comfortable. Sonia and Luca have thought of everything. They are both very friendly and responsive, and always there to help. Wonderful recommendations, and lots of very useful information and how to get around. You can see the pride in their home as soon as you walk in. We were even greeted by Luca who showed us up to the apartment and made sure we were right at home. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. We will be back again.

Sergio was a great host. Excellent communication. He kindly met us at the train station. Their apartment was very clean and homely. Great location for walking around Rome.

Place is just as it's seen in the photos, 20 mins away from the fontana di trevi, lively but also peaceful surroundings, would recommend it to everyone

Super comfortable place, was within walking distance of most everything. The condo itself was quaint and nice with access to a beautiful balcony that we used to its full effect. Marina was a fantastic host and was extremely responsive whenever we had any questions. Overall a great stay and the price was reasonable!

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

Elvin is wonderfully good at taking care of us, he has made our task a lot easier on many things, and is always available if needed. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is charming, clean and perfectly in line with the description. A truly beautiful encounter and an address that we treasure! The place was perfect. Very clean, the location și good, close to the metro. Very nice terrace and Gabriele was very responsive and nice. I highly recommend this place.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.
